Re: 2021/01/13 - From A Distance
It seems like Tarot is going to gather up some friends and be sent to Earth for Operation Save the Kit Kats, and that lead me down a rabbit hole of thought about angels and demons and how we have seen they work and how they usually work. And I have came to a question that I don't have a good answer ...

Re: 2021/01/13 - From A Distance
This seems to imply that there is a magically bound mortal that Cerberus knows about, or we are just seeing the expedited conversation to save time, but the only character I can think of that might be affected is the old man who speaks in limericks. And has been established that Tarot know Pete and ...

Re: The Demigods, yay or nay?
The demi-gods are mysterious characters which we slowly learn about, and initially appear benevolent (Pete in the Grove and Dragon by proxy of Tarot) but take antagonistic roles (Pete in general and Dragon in the Gallifrax Protocol) and revealed to be immature, entitled and prone to cheating. The co...

Re: 2021/01/11 - A Lesson In Demons
There is still a lot of vagueness around certain aspects of the cosmic game, and the duel between Dragon and Pete, but my theory is that the cosmic game started as a method to train young celestials, but it wasn't popular and developed more into a form of entertainment among those who did play it. T...

My presumption had been that willingly hide their status from the pets out of pride and self-preservation. At best, they will just open themselves to teasing and King will probably move up to Canada with Res.

I am not really sure if Cerberus is one individual or three conjoined individuals. My personal theory is that there is a singular Cerberus, and each of the heads just express that singular self differently. IE, in this panel, each of the statements are true of the singular Cerberus but each head giv...

Tarot tries teaching Peanut a spell, but his over-active imagination makes it more potent than anyone was expecting. The crew now has to deal with out-of-control magic and Tarot's deep seated self-esteem issues.

In the hot springs saga, Tarot mentions how see wants to be more like Peanut. When Max rebutes why she is controlling him so much, she says that of course she is controlling because she loves him.
This is played off as a gag, but then you remember one of the strongest influences on Tarot was Dragon.

I think Res' dip into the mana pool is why he still has his powers to the degree his does, though I wouldn't be surpised one or the other if the others keep some of their power. So, Res has a maple leaf on his collar. Maple leafs are red and leaves turn red in fall. His insignia is gold, but leaves also turn gold in fall. We first see Res in a coffee shop eating a punkin latte burrito. Pumpkin lattes are associated with fall. Res is Autumn.

This panel didn't really feel like a finale, and I think I realised why. This is resolution to Fox wanting to remain in Heaven, something introduced in this arc. I don't want to get to personal, but I can sympathise Fox and would like to justify that a bit more.
