Re: Bino and his character development
I feel like he really honestly HAS gotten a lot better, though. He used to go out of his way to be actively abrasive, and now he's just kind of THERE. I think Fox abandoning him and realizing that he's NOT a good friend made him think about things a bit more. Plus, with Duchess treating him more or ...

Bino and his character development
What has Bino even done to deserve all the hate? I mean RECENTLY. Like as far as I know the last mean thing he actually DID was almost ten years ago, and he's just been coasting on being the fan favorite to be hated ever since. I mean yeah he's self-centered, rude, and attention-grabbing, but what h...

Re: Let's talk about Keene! (And sure the other little guys as well)
We mostly see Keene, but Rock and Pit make frequent appearances. Oddly, we don't see much of Lana, even though she's pretty much taken over the estate. I'd like to see them go on an accidental adventure together, such as a shipwreck that leaves them missing presumed dead Gilligan's Island style, MOS...

Re: It's been a year
Honestly he'll probably give us a heads-up at least a week before he brings it back. I don't ACTUALLY expect to find an update when I check every day, but I do get disappointed every time anyway. If he decides not to bring it back at all, he'll most likely tell us that too.

Let's talk about Keene! (And sure the other little guys as well)
On my first read through I was a little surprised when Keene ended up getting a boyfriend but then I reread through the comic and every time I see this page and wonder why I was surprised. https://www.housepetscomic.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/2016-05-09-fashion-statement.png Like how did I NOT r...

Is there a way to create a link to jump the user to a specific reply within a thread? Specifically, I'm thinking of the fanfiction section. Re: It's been a year
I still check the comic every single day to see if it's been updated, but I guarantee I won't notice right away when it does get updated because I'll just be sitting there staring blankly at it. I had been operating under the secret hope that Rick would resume the comic at the one year mark from whe...

I mean they didn't exactly keep it a secret who they were, did they? Tarot was having a GREAT time with Draig on the plane on the way to Egypt. And of course it wouldn't be a good look, but I have no doubt he would have done it. One thing we have seen is that King NEVER forgets, and King holds grudg...

Re: Favorite gags
I am convinced that King COULD be nasty and cruel under the correct circumstances. If he had met Craig when he still remembered who he was, for example, he would have probably been INCREDIBLY vindictive and mean. Which honestly is most likely why Rick kept them apart.

The main cast are considered the "cool" pets which is why we only ever see 20 or so of them despite it supposedly being a fairly sizeable neighborhood comprised entirely of households containing pets. All the other pets are too scared to approach them because they're too "cool."

Joey dresses like a cat and dates a mouse, and nobody bats an eye, nobody cares.
Peanut draws a dog with a cat's tail ONE TIME, and everybody flips their crap.
Fido dates a cat, and EVERYONE LOSES THEIR MINDS.

Actually now that I'm thinking about it, I have more questions that tickle my curiosity. 1. When Kitsune shows up when Keene brings Lois and Marion to meet the Kitsune, King grabs Olive and his luggage and makes a run for it. What... pray tell... is in King's luggage? He doesn't wear clothes. The pu...

Mungo existed before Housepets in 5000 B.C. arc, he even attended the wedding of King and Bailey I think it was hinted in the comics, that Mungo might be related to Satau That was 3 years before his official introduction and his only pre-10000 BC appearance and as such can be considered an easter e...

Mungo didn't exist until the Housepets 10000 BC arc and is a side effect of the time travel; furthermore, he is Satau reincarnated but has no memories of being Satau. This is why he looks and acts similar to Satau and never appeared prior to the time travel.

Rick has firmly established that All Dogs Go To Heaven makes all Dogs cry in the House pets! universe. But don't think too hard about that, because what's the plot of All Dogs Go To Heaven? A dog kidnaps a little girl who can talk to animals and uses her ability to make lots of money. Which doesn't ...

Pete is the reason King's personality type is "self-depricating ball of panic" to this day despite a decade of Bailey trying to help him get over it. And it only took him 8 months.

Also he didn't leave King to die. He locked him in the crate to prevent him from going to a party but couldn't come back because he was dragged back to Heaven to stand trial for what he did. Well, WE know that, but Fox didn't. All Fox knew was King was in the kennel, and Pete was never seen again.
