rock elitism oh just leave it alone I don't give a crap if I am in this context :D I'd rather draw the line where it comes to advanced musician lingo. Any reason why this is specifically rock elitism anyway? Also, if we couldn't cite professional writing, we couldn't have debates about musical meri...

The Deftones? Queens of the Stone Age? REALLY? YOUR list should be titled "What killed Hard Rock Last Decade". Tsk, tsk, you have poor taste. Really not seeing how you can't appreciate Deftones and QotSA if you like those last two songs you linked. Whatever. I'll just say that IMO QotSA m...

Say what you will about Nightwish (or their entire subgenre), but I have to say this song is pretty awesome. I had it in my library before I even liked metal. Epic music maneuver! I just find them unpleasant sounding in most cases. I guess on rare occasions they can be used for good effect, but I don't really like them being the default lyrical delivery style for a song. Well, Death's vocalist doesn't growl (I linked one of their songs in the post you quoted earlier). Carcas...

I usually don't pay attention to "buzz bands" but I tried out How to Dress Well - and it blew away my expectations. Buy Love Remains now, or if you don't have the time or money, at least snatch up "You Won't Need Me Where I'm Goin'". Such a great song.

What the heck is "SIDLE SIDLE"
Also what actually happens between the last two panels. Does Mrs. Sandwich grab her or something? If so that should be shown, because right now it's skipping too much.
