With Wikifur backing Housepets! it is looking good for this comic in the 2009 URSA Major Awards.
I'll recommend Housepets! again once the 2009 awards are given out, but I don't know if previous finalists/winners can be included.

Re: Arc 30: The Present
Bino and King are the ones that have been getting character development so far.
Sasha has been doing Sasha stuff. Once she "does something meaningful", the comments and theories will start poring in.
I am looking forward to what that may be =).

Re: Another bit of fanart
I was referring to the feature most modern tablets have where the amount of pressure you apply with the pen makes the lines thicker or thinner. So if you apply less pressure as you finish a line, you end up with a sharp point :D. Was the pen tool used for the whole drawing? I can't make that tool do...

Oh, that's what I do when penning, but my tablet is large so I can't just do that for really long lines. I was just interested in how Zander does his penning since it seems tool aided ;). That's an interesting coloring tutorial by the way. Photoshop has a lot of seemingly hidden features that are aw...

Re: Another bit of fanart
What tool do you use to get those lines so perfectly straight?
I do everything by hand on my tablet and a slight twitch means a bumpy line.
Also, I'd be willing to help with a few of those requests.
It sounds like it would be fun =P.

The dogs have a more outward muzzle and defined nose. Fox looks a bit too much like a cat in this one =P.
A good example would be the sketch you made of Peanut.
That aside, I really do like your self-taught art style.

I'd be rather iffy on chocolate from 3 months ago.
Rarely does anything chocolate survive more than a day in my possession .
Either Sasha is really slow at going through her gifts, or she gets one from just about every dog in Babylon Gardens.
And perhaps the nearest fifty neighborhoods.

I don't really understand the concept of "being furry".
Does it mean you have your own persona as an animal?
Or does it just mean you really like the concept of human-like animals?
I don't consider myself one (on account of not knowing what it is), but I have fun drawing them =P.

Oh I'm sure anyone who has ever read a story and liked it considers how it would be if it were animated. Though to say that doing so would be difficult is an understatement. Drawings. Artwork. Digital Images.
I've been using a fine 3 point pen line for all of my drawings, irregardless of size.
When I try to shrink them down though, they end up with very fine pen lines.
<-- Take for example the picture I made for my avatar (and a fun shading test ).

Ahh, Fur Suits, the spawn of so much hate over the internet.
But truthfully, if I met one of these people in their suit, I'd have to give em a big ol' hug .
It all just looks like it is done in the name of good fun.
I am way to shy and unwilling to do something like this myself though .
