I would go into all of the reasons I enjoy the song I posted previously, and the implications it raises, but I don't want to end up with a big debate. In the end, it is just a song I happen to enjoy.
But, on another note...

Re: Music.
No matter how I try, I keep finding myself coming back to this song.
Really, in my opinion one of the greatest songs ever written; it's a shame that people are so quick to dismiss ideas of peace as hippie ramblings.

Re: Art Thread
Yeah, I see people using it all over the place for base-sketches, and the final pictures they make are really well done because of it.
I think it's one of those things that is almost needed to make a REALLY good picture; it's just something I haven't been able to give a shot yet.

Actually, no. I've never really planned a picture before; I always just doodle randomly and see where it take me.
I have thought about it before, but it wasn't something that I ever tried.

Neck down. I can do a face just fine, but when it comes to attaching that face to the rest of the body, I'm lost. The positioning of the neck under the chin starts the issue, then the angles, then where the neck meets the shoulders...

Not sure if this is here already, but there is a weird guy named Philippe Ramette who takes really bizarre, perspective-bending photographs.

I've always wanted to seriously learn how to draw, but I've never found the time. Mostly, I just doodle and mess with colors, hoping for the best. Here's a picture I made when a friend showed me Corel Painter: http://i1205.photobucket.com/albums/bb439/ReimsaRed/underwaterlandscape.jpg I'm not entire...

I collect books. Specifically old books and really old documents. Dusty, fragile, sometimes difficult to decipher... I have one document from a long time ago that my father gave me. It was a bunch of research done by a very distant (and very deceased) relative of mine about my family history. I have...

Summons the ghost of Ronald Regan, who then tries to convince the wall to tear itself down.
(Also, is it possible to buff another player, or just yourself. I know you can heal other people, but I wasn't sure if you could increase their stats as well.)

Alright, so I looked in the forums to see if a game like this existed. As far as I can see, it does not. If it does, feel free to remove this thread. ------------------ So, basically the idea of the game is to write a story one sentence at a time, with each sentence being from a different poster. Th...

Hello, my name is Reima and I stumbled onto this site after a friend of mine tricked me into losing the game with this strip: https://www.housepetscomic.com/2008/06/18/you-all-just-lost/ I thought it looked cute, so I went on to read the archives and found that I really liked the comic, so I decided...

Re: What would you do if you were in Kings position?
If I personally was turned into King I would have to return to being a human. I'm pretty sure my family would be very worried about my sudden transformation into a dog and the fact that gods were fighting over me. Though, if I was Joel I don't know what I would do. I'd probably explain the situation...

Re: Are You A Furry?
I classified myself as human because I don't personally identify with any animal. I enjoy animal art, because animals (anthromorphic or otherwise) are adorable and the art is interesting. But, since I personally believe that to be a furry means to have some basic concept of what animal you would lik...

Re: Why do you like Housepets?
I like Housepets because of a few things: 1. The Characters. I can absolutely relate to some of the characters (King, Joey, Zach), others are great fun (Peanut), and others make you want to hit them(Bino). The character development is really well done, I think. Also, the artwork for the characters a...

A friend sent me this comic strip today: https://www.housepetscomic.com/2008/06/18/you-all-just-lost/ And I was curious about the comic, so I started reading from the beginning. Originally, I liked the humor and that alone kept me interested. But then, larger plots began forming and before I knew it...
