Re: Fursuits: do you own one?
That kid is pretty cute. He starts out all like "I don't know how I feel about this..." but then he warms up and doggy is suddenly his best friend ^^ Yes, it was one of those rare magic moments. I get them now and again, when the child wants to just take you by the paw and lead you around...

Re: Fursuits: do you own one?
Hey Amazee Dayzee :
I just ran across some actual video of Tycho Aussie a couple of days ago - It's one of the few videos that shows how I move and perform when in fursuit. Thought you might like to see it.

You know, last week I was officially part of the city Christmas parade. That's another benefit of having a fursuit. You get to lead parades! ...and meet Santa. And Elvis. Not elves, Elvis! In gold lemay no less. Oh yes, I did get to meet elves too, if you really want to know. However its the kids wh...

First exam took me six hours to complete and left me wasted with a migrane, so I couldnt study. I went to bed at 730 pm and just got up. So now its time for exam number 2, and its another day-long affair. Todays exam might be the roughest one of the week. I've decided to bring a bag of chocolate chi...

We put up our Christmas tree this weekend as well. It's a new tree that we got at the Habitat for Humanity Re-store, something that was in a crunchy but still-sealed box for thirty dollars. I guess some store dropped off a bunch of boxes at the end of last season. We took a chance, and it turned out...

So many tasty beverages!
I really like a hot mug of peppermint tea. Finally broke my caffiene habit about a year ago.
...but I do like a hot mug of mulled apple cider as well! It goes down nicely and makes your throat tingle.

Did you know that one of the hobbies some photographers have is to do complimentary studio photo sessions for fursuiters at the major cons? Re: Do You Consider Yourself a Furry?
Interestingly, fursuiting, specifically freelance mascotting is the only really furry thing I do. That, and follow housepets. I guess by default whether I deny it or not, the fursuiting likely defines me as a furry. Can a fursuiter that's addicted to fursuiting not be a furry? I'll define myself as ...

Well, conventions are the main place for fursuiting. It makes sense! If I had my way, I would change that. For every convention appearance in fursuit, I'd like to see every fursuiter put in ten appearances elsewhere within their community in a public setting and give back by serving as a volunteer....

So, sometimes, on rare occasions, I go to a furry con, generally for one day.
