They did new types in Generation II and no one complained. That was Gen 2, and both those were direct counters to Psychic types that were needed. Dragon types are not OP. Also, Fairy? Meh. Also, they're completely bugging up the Legendaries with each other. Arceus vs Mew... Kyogre, Groudon, and Rayquaza vs Landorus, Tornadus, and Thunderus could be one... They're just adding in so much lore that it's starts to conflict with what they've previously said.
