Not sure if the dying-off part in your case is a joy or sorrow (definitely a joy if you're an aphid). I remember seeing a huge congregation of ladybugs at my university a few years back (numbering in what must have been thousands ). Aside from the Northeastern US, this summer/fall was the warmest i...

If you've heard of Feist, this reminds me of some of her albums like The Reminder, where you can relax and enjoy the aural world they create from the song.

Re: 2014/12/25 - The Reason For The Season
Now I've got to wondering what kind action 'ch- ch- chee HA-CHAAA' is meant to convey... I think that 'ch- ch- chee' is a sound effect, something like the 'Six million dollar cat' effect you can find here , and 'HA-CHAAA' is just a ninja style shout. But, you know, it's just my opinion  Oh...

I used to follow EQD's blog posts everyday even when episodes weren't being shown, but I guess I've ended up with a casual appreciation for the show. I still follow the music though, a lot of beautiful stuff came out of the Brony fandom. Maybe when season 5 starts I'll get more excited; I remember s...

Dr Pepper and Root Beer taste amazing; but ice cold passion fruit juice with water and a little sugar is amazing, that and avocado shakes. Yum.
Also consider getting mango juice that has a lot of mango in it and some club soda. Pretty good!

A dream thread eh? Well lets see. I fought a dragon, or rather fought and was losing, fleeing with giant kilometer leaps down a deserted city street, turned right into the back of a garage and was continuing to flee as the dragon ripped apart the garage behind me. For some reason I was in a red hood...

On the last panel Jess is genuinely surprised, no 'slightly annoyed' face going on. Perhaps they really did share a close moment together even if Zach was making icicles.

I think it may be appropriate to quote a certain wise old cartoon character, 'When we hit our lowest point, we are open to the greatest change'. Perhaps Zach will learn a thing or two from Jess. (I've no idea if the possum is named Jess or not)

If worse comes to worst and they get stuck in the middle of nowhere at least Zach has a built in survival knife in his mouth. His tongue tends to get him IN trouble with others, not out of it. I think he means Zachs teeth. Zach doesn't realy say much, when you think about it he is realy shy. Yep, r...

Reading this thread, thinking about what would be a nice thing to say to a pretty awesome artist/storyteller, I my mind wandered to the Stormhawks cartoon, I watched it while it aired on YTV. Re: 2014/11/17 - A Long Way Down
I'm imaging the trope where the antagonist gets sic'd on by the forest animals b/c mother nature always has the last laugh and all that. You don't trap after the opener of ways and get away with it. But considering the wildlife is sentient perhaps they get chased away by a run a marathon and fuzzy m...

Perhaps an arc with in the micro scale, with the mice and such.
Or with the celestial beings adjusting after the last arc in a more slice of life fashion rather than uber-fantasy.
