I think I'm going to limit players to two neighborhoods, players might have difficulty keeping track of all their characters, and we don't want to end up with two neighborhoods with the exact same players.

The high-explosives are a bit much. We are trying to make things more lighthearted, and while it's perfectly fine to have a character that has a dramatic past and even be somewhat crazy, it would be best if it would not influence the RP so as to create drama, at least not too often.

I would like to change the slot system rules. Now, when a neighborhood hits the maximum filled slots, they can vote whether or not they want to add another one, subsequent new slots can be voted on either at that time or after the new slot has been filled.

The two main and three guest character limit only applies on a neighborhood by neighborhood basis, that is, you can have a full set of characters in one neighborhood but still have more in another.

As for a main character visiting a different neighborhood, I'm afraid that won't be possible.
