As kids growing up, we never heard of a binky. I think I first heard it on The Benny Hill Show in the early 1980s: "I've dropped me binky!"

Years ago, I had a Pembroke Welsh Corgi (yeah, like King and just as handsome), who wasn't any smarter than Bino; but he stuck his head into baby carriages for an honest reason. He didn't like the squalling of cranky brats, and he was a champ at entertaining them. It always worked!
