There's a mistake or I am wrong? "at point five percent" it means 0.5%? otherwise it no have sense because 5% > 3%

Also, Fido change a lot! Wow, I almost did't recognize him :shock:

0.5%= .5% = point five percent. no mistake.

Dang Kevin, what have you been doing? I'm certain that no ordinary exercise would get you to that stage - maybe some crazy combination drills? (Bicycle Mountain Climbers, Jackknife Sit-Ups with 10lb wrist weights etc)
