loovely
I really love this comic-strip! It's great to see some of the older characters again!
(Now bring back Rufus and Daisy and Steve and Itsuki and... well everyone! )

Re: 2013/09/07/ - I Come From A Land Down...
to the one asking what happened in the movie:
Mugger: Give me your money!
Girl: Look out Mick, he's got a knife.
Mick Dundee: *looks at the switchblade then pulls out an eight inch long and four inch wide knife* That's nota knoife... Dis is a Knoife"
Mugger looks at the knife in Mick's hand and runs.
But I'd love for rick to make some Zoo&Roos comics for a Voting incentive.

Roosevelt is super-adorbs, as always, and Bruce is also cute. I'll bet you're now thinking about them snuggling.
Also, 44 is my favorite number and I like the word "Mulberry."
Feel my icy wrath!

Wait a second, aren't they supposed to be stereotypical with the zoo visitors? If I were to that zoo I'd feel cheated!

It is starting to sound like the roos are becoming the most popular couple in the comic!

All these vegemite haters - you are all not liking the stuff 'cause your friends all told you that you wouldn't like the stuff, just because they don' like the stuff. It's all psychological.
Go into it without preconceptions and yeah - spread it thin on a buttered piece of toast, and you'll find it's awesome. I got a jar of it here on my desk -
Spreads nice on Pita bread, back it up with a slice of black forest ham and a bit of smoked cheese and it's the treat.
The roos are refreshing too. Though, honestly, the only ones I've met, a couple of big reds years and years ago, they seemed to be a bit on the pushy side, sort of like white tail deer with tails and attitude. Tall within the automobile too, standing six feet tall. Not very cuddly from what I can remember. Though Bruce sure looks like an okay bloke.

I had never even heard of that food before this strip! The name made my think Mister stereotype (He even adressed his buddy with "'Sup mate?", wasn't that just acting, or did the acting end up taking a bit of a hold of him? : 0) was eating some kind of procesed spinach or lettuce, or something like that.tychoaussie wrote:All these vegemite haters - you are all not liking the stuff 'cause your friends all told you that you wouldn't like the stuff, just because they don' like the stuff. As for the pushy kangaroos, you just have to group up with some friends and subdue them. That ought to make them huggable!
