Don't know (and don't really care at this moment) if anyone's mentioned this, but I was ROFL at

Grape: *eats popcorn*

I love how King is "oh *ahem* what is he going to do next"

Tarot is missing from the tags again.

...

..made you look...

I love how Peanut is completely unfazed... (all things considering, that's almost to be expected by now...)

I can't figure out what's going through Tarot's mind, other than *blank silence.*

EDIT: I forgot; I also wonder if Ralph is going to be too stunned to even attempt to stop Fido from doing anything else. Even if he's completely confused, Miles sure looks ready to run blocker.

Well, I think the three of them already know what's going to happen because otherwise I don't think they'll sit idly by and do nothing while her friend (and in case of Tarot, her apprentice) is going through all of this. They MUST know that this will have a happy ending. (otherwise I'll be very disapointed of them. What a good friends they've proved to be, or I am wrong?)

Dang, this is a good page. The rest of the Housepets! world gets the news of the SabrinaxFido relationship (save the few that already knew), Max is shocked, Fox goes completely BSOD, Duchess makes a good point, and so much more.

Love that Grape is still Concord!Grape, and that (s)he and Tarot had popcorn ready. Tarot probably saw it coming.

Peanut, meanwhile, is engrossed in his 3DS. Likely Pokemon. Somebody mentioned earlier, but it has to be restated, is he playing X or Y?

Best parts? Fido's "Off duty" line, "What is even this dog", and King's look of utter helplessness, confusion, and concern.

Only way it could be better would be some witty remarks from Spo, who is conspicuously absent.

the worst of this moment?
Jata going specist on Fido. Yes, total jerk is jerk, after all his 'animals helping each other thing' and then speaking like your usual neighborhood bigot. Way to go, Your Highness

I think that Fox will be scolding Fido for not trusting his friend with the secret.

If Bino *ever* tries to laugh at Fido, he may get another dose of FACE! incoming

Alas, Maxie, it's official: you were dumped for a dog. ;)

I'm not so sure... Tarot's expression almost reads "He's going to do this now? I thought for sure he'd wait a week..."
Grape almost looks like she stopped mid-chew, "okay, I didn't see that one coming..."
And Peanut's just too "in the zone" to know what's going on. The barn cats could probably have a s.m.p.f. right in front of him and he wouldn't even notice.

I would be disappointed in them too if they had any idea this would/could-probably happen and weren't there in person for support of one form or another. I admit the guest-list thing might be a problem, but they all got in at Bailey & King's wedding...

Just had another thought: How many tv stations are there on channel 4 within the (six?) hour time limit? Might narrow down the location of Babylon Gardens a little. Google search came up with one in Souix City, IA, and another in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Now King will suffer a renewed burden, since he's keeping an even bigger secret to Fox...and I fear Fox hasn't forgotten at all about a certain watch King is so obsessed about... :(

Peanut is too caught up in his game to notice what's going on. Max has a long way to go to be a part of this competition. Of course Bino is still with Duchess. xD

Bino should be a racer in the TransAtlantic Speed League, according to the Motorhead: High Velocity Entertainment manual XD

It's backstory involes TSL looking for drivers who are total nuts.

I can just imagine later down the road.

Fox: You know, after thinking it through, I've decided that I don't mind cat-lovers. Mix species couples are a-okay.
King: Oh, that's good.... So, speaking of different species... hypothetically, say that I'd used to be a human Peta member...

I think, he'll be fine after his mind processed that shocking information. I don't think that he really has a problem with cat-lovers, he only was a follower in the beginning of the comic.
Those 'reactions' in panel 7 are really great. They are so emotionally concerned they can barely breathe.

I figured Tarot knew about it as well since she and Sabrina are in such close quarters all the time.

So now is Jata going to prove he's a Jerk with the heart of a Jerk and push Sabrina into the pool in anger so Fido can leap in and save her?

Next strip I want fido to be like:
You can beat me to a pulp. You can break every bone in my body. You can make me a laughing stock.
But you. WILL. NOT. MARRY. MY. GIRLFRIEND.
That would be so cool.

Ten things I like about this strip:
1. Fido spills his "big secret". Hooray for dramatic irony!!!
2. Fido having the audacity to insult a much larger animal than he.
3. Fido's confession being shown on live television.
4. Max's spit-take.
5. Fox's 'WTF?' expression.
6. King and Bailey's concerned looks.
7. That reminds me: KINGLEY!!!!!
8. Peanut's absolute devotion to his video game.
9. Grape and Tarot eating popcorn while watching the proceedings.
10. Bino's usual insanity. (I think he's about to receive a fresh set of injuries from his "girlfriend".)
*in Christopher Walken style*

I have a fever... and the only prescription... is more Kingley!

Hang on a second, did anyone notice that Max looks exactly like he did before this arc even started?
This arc went by fast in their time!
And now we have to wait and see the repercussions of his actions. There are two main possibilities that can come from this: One is that Fido is basically disowned as a "good ol' dog" and outcast from the canine hierarchy. The other is that Bino gets the snot beat out of him and the race wall is broken down to a certain extent.
