I find this entertaining, we easily forget how cute Keene can be in favor of his 'not a monster' side. I do hope we eventually get to get to know the other Milton ferrets at least a little, Rock and Keene are the only ones of them who have had their own arcs before.

It appears that someone believes that any publicity is good publicity.

I can just imagine him saying that, so overcome with unfathomable joy, nearly to the point of tears.

Who cares about the wedding? It was all (or at least mostly) for members of the press anyways, right? :)

oh, and I sheer hope this isn't the last strip in the arc :)

The silver lining is everywhere for Keene. Also, how about saving what's left of the cake there?

Today is a very tragic day: the cake is a mess, the punch has spilled, and the present is left unopened.
Ahh well, it's all gonna be cleaned up by the next arc.

Because spilled punch isn't fun unless you can pretend that it's blood ;)

The punch flows loose like blood
at the scene of canine devastation.
The buckled bushes and mangled metal
bear witness for all the fair Feraga nation.
They watched the fight between Wolf and Cat
and told of the fear of the bystanders.
Their friend, the table, lies shattered and broke
as it got in the way of the contenders.
Keene looks on in sadness and despair
at what has been visited on his fine home
until he's reminded of the world ratings
and then his grin returns. He's in the zone!
Is it his plan for equality that's stepped forward
as Dog confesses his love for cat?
If it is, then things might have become awkward...
how will the others deal with that?

Ok, so the wolves may not lose their job after all, yay! And Jata may go as far as grant immunity to Fido for saving him (hopefully)

I'd honestly be surprised if the Pete was involved in this arc at all. Speaking of which, is it just me or is this the longest arc Rick has written to date?

The wedding went better than the Easter egg hunt. No fires AND no fatalities! A success by Keene's standards and by Babylon Gardens holiday/event standards.

The longest beforehand was probably either The King and I or Temple Crashers. This one started early in September, so has been going on for two months. It's definitely the longest.

From the looks of things, the climax has wrapped up. I just hope the resolution is as perfect as everything beforehand. This is easily the best arc of the entire comic so far.

Rick's feeling that pointing the red stains to just be spilled punch is the best part of this whole strip!

Unsurprisingly, the second best wedding ever. Kind and Bailey's wedding was pretty great, and it ended with a happy couple.
