I've been thinking, could Joel's appearance have changed over the years? The last time we've seen Joel was FIVE YEARS AGO, give or take a few months. Does his human body continue to age whilst his essence has been living in the body of a dog? If so, then there may be a chance that Fox will not recognize him as Fox's kidnapper. Now I know that appearances don't undergo drastic change over the course of five years, but he could have, I don't know, grown hair so long that it covered his face? I'm really just making wild assumptions here, so don't mind me

If his human body was growing for five years, it could have quite a beard on it by now.

I realise that it really doesnt matter if Kig is TFed or now, Fox's fists will most likely still be flying demanding to know what happened to his cousin.
