Tarot is a mage. Therefore she can cast spells that affect herself and Bailey. I like the glowing furtoos as she goes back to normal. :)

But isnt she right now basically just doing the commands Dragon gives her or something. Dog, times like this i wish i knew about D&D game mechanics.

She is. I was just giving a clarification as to her class to explain what she was doing.

Tarot actually gives more akin to a Druid. I never expected her to transform like this, but when I saw it, and the markings, it gives more of a Druid feeling than a mage/wizard.

Druids are a subclass of mage as they do use spells. However, I agree that she is either a druid or a shaWOman. :)

So, who is Tarot texting, and why?

Edit: Samus Bailey is talking to Pete, so I guess Tarot could be texting Dragon. That's my best bet.

Hehe...think-tank Bailey :)

Also, interesting setting! To me, it looks like the surface of Mars, or maybe a desert?
Pete did say he took her to a "big convenient wilderness on the other side of the world", but that may not necessarily be the battleground. He also did mention that he'll bring her back in "seven months or so". Is this how long the battle will take? Goodness, even if it truly is a turn based fight like some people have been speculating, I really doubt it would span over several months. Maybe Pete has other plans with her? :?

'Big Convenient Wilderness on the other side of the world' would probably mean the Great Australian Desert

Turn based games are SO frustrating when you're in the action.

"So now I have to stand here bouncing on my feet for 30 more seconds before I can charge her? Wouldn't it make more sense to hit her while she's standing there bouncing on her feet?"

"Where's that music coming from?"

"WHAT!? My sword went right THROUGH her, what do you mean I missed?"

Now I'm remembering the Pomeranian that lived across the street from me years ago. I generally like Poms, but this one was a nasty, noisy, obnoxious little dog. Of course, that was many years before texting was a thing; I'm sure he would have texted in mid-flight...

Likely Tarot is texting Sabrina for assistance as they're both apparently there (though why one player gets to use two combatants and the other one is beyond me - most duels are a one to one affair and interference by others is strictly a no-no). Also, is that sword a decoration? Cause I dunno about you, but if I had a sword and the other person didn't and they got within my reach it would be slice and dice time. Or is the sword the ultimate attack?

That's battle form of Tarot? It looks cool, and cute too, there's nothing really evil in her. :D Great move there, Bailey! I wonder what King could have done instead, but we know that Pete already planned the avatar changing because of this battle (is it now ended?)... Pretty funny see that the first thing Tarot does is texting (who is she messaging?), there's something modern in her. :P She reminds of a tuned car with all those light glows. Eh, it's evident how Pete enjoys to watch some combat between women, and they can't end soon... Bailey thinks a lot and can't keep her mouth shut, you must learn to accept it. ;)
Well, at least you have the helmet, Bailey, just use it. :P There's something in the background of the 4th panel. Is it Tarot being already so far?

Great Kitsune is the GM.
The 'third player' in this game is supposed to be King...but it appears that such temporary status is no longer valid since he was never intended as avatar by Pete.

Wow, so Tarot can be not so little when she wants! Bailey's class must really give her a strength boost if that's Tarot there way off in the distance on the last panel.

I almost forgot that it's amusing that Bailey is talking to Tarot like she can't hear her. But then again, King and Bailey are the stars, so why not?

Tarot: Hey, Peter Peter Pumpkin eater is going to summon his ultimate attack. Counter Plan, k?
