First thing that crossed my mind when I saw that third panel was MIB. X3

So I was right about Karishad being the one who was texting Tarot. As I said, Peanut doesn't have a cellphone. Karishad, on the other hand, he just borrowed Keene's phone again. XD

If I had to guess I'd say Karishad's special power must be his ability to get himself wherever he wants whenever he wants while passing unnoticed by the cosmic forces.

I am starting to wonder if the Secret Weapon is something a bit simpler. Like using a paradox or confusing riddle with no answer to confuse the demigods enough to distract them and get the upper hand on some event.
