The IRS, not even the Joker would go after them.

Sadly I saw the livestream the night before so I kinda spoiled myself a bit, but still hilarious nonetheless.

One does not simply go to the Patreon stream and not get spoiled.

So, uh. What exactly was shown in the livestream? I don't mean what story things where shown, I just mean, was it like a bunch of strips being shown, or was it like Rick drawing strips live?

I got your back dude! *Shields you with trusty iron-clad umbrella as we run and hide from the irate ladies behind a nearby wall*

But seriously dude I'm wondering as well, neither gal has been too happy with this whole ordeal, but especially Tarot ever since they got to the diner in strip "Drink it up", imo she's just been irritated almost the whole time, a far cry from some of her first appearances. Makes ya wonder why, I get that she may be simply stressed out from this "game" ordeal over the...years? but she finally could be getting rid of a thorn on her side by separating from Dragon, she should be at least relieved ya know?...or did she enjoy all the power?

All and All i too just hope this doesn't affect their relationships back at the house, i mean even Karishad, master of fun is having a hard time keeping Tarot in a good mood, last thing we need is happy go lucky Peanut having to deal with an irate Tarot. Would make for some nice and interesting room for growth and development in their relationship and as individuals no doubt but... Then again Bailey wasn't truly happy till it was all over and she got to be with King again so maybe that's all these gals need now, some time with their partners to feel better and blow off steam, maybe everyone can get together and celebrate the end of the game and stuff and then it will all be back to normal... :) i hope...
I call for a fluff ark! Dates!...Dates! EVERYWHERE!!! :lol:

Tarot really has had some interesting development recently, hasn't she? For better or worse. We may not have seen much of her daily life (or even origins for that matter...*fidgets in anticipation for something of the sort*) but we do of course know just how impacting the game was...having a good chunk of your life dedicated to that and all the powers granted would leave with a pretty big headache, I can imagine!

I've always been intruiged by her character, and it makes me happy we're seeing more colours from her. When we first met her, she was rather eerily robotic-like, but now she seems to be able to express emotion better than ever!...Again, for better or worse.

I want to dare even say she's adorable when she's annoyed~. But ahh, I also wouldn't like to see her constantly annoyed though, of course...some time with Peanut oughta do the trick, I hope.

By the way, Tarot doesn't have her Eye of Ra tag anymore...HMMMM, this newfound mystery intrigues me. I know Spirit Dragon had the symbol too, but I didn't think her going bye-bye meant the tag going poof too.

I see that Cerberus still is just a little bit evil, who would do that? An IRS audit is pretty evil.

It's there, you can see part of it in panel 1, it's just hidden by her chest fluff and crossed arms in panel 3.

Yeah the tag may be gone, or hidden within all that fluff, we'll find out soon. :lol:

And yeah its always nice to see more depth to a character and irate Tarot is pretty hilarious at times with her deadpan snarker remarks, tho yeah an always irate Tarot probably wouldn't go over so well back at home, so i hope she feels better soon. And a Tarot back-story arc is something i've been wanting ever since I first found out about her. I mean cute girl that becomes part of the main cast just pops outta nowhere and has awesome powers to boot? If that doesn't call for a back-story arc featuring said girl and how said powers came about and her life before said powers, i don't know what does. But im sure Rick will deliver, if and whenever he decides to give us one. :)

Yeah, how's avid Rock (wasn't Keene so?), be generous for one time, seeing the circumstances... Don't you care to go back home too? Anyway, you have the cars rented, just drive till the nearer airport and there you go. :P Should be preoccupying for Rock... Are you evading taxes? :P Where did you learn to do so? :lol: Once again, Cerberus showed to be awesome above everyone, now scaring the wrong people with their same "attacking weapon". ;) Funny embarrassment in the last panel. :D
Gamewolf67 wrote:Did the art style just change?
No, it's still the same, fourth one. But it got improved through the months, the colouring for sure. ;)
renato wrote:If you are lucky enough to catch the new like me, from time to time Rick's streaming is public, he usually announce it in real time on twitter. No real need to have a privilege, as you said. :)
Unfortunately I missed this live streaming. I saw the tweet too late.

PS: with the latest strips you've messed up the story arcs tagging.

I saw the red screen and thought, "Wow, she went there on him." Then read the IRS audit and thought, "She somehow managed to go further."

This did get a decent laugh out of me. :)

To market, to market, to buy a fat hog;
Home again, home again, jiggety-jog;
To market, to market, to buy a plum bun,
Home again, home again, market is done.

Why does everyone hate the IRS? If you want to live in this well defended country, with power and laws and heat and food, yo have to pay your dues.
Forward, the Light Brigade!'

Theirs not to make reply,
Theirs not to reason why,
Theirs but to do and die:
Into the valley of Death

Let's avoid a political discussion here. As for Rock, the more wealth you have the more potential issues there are, and especially if you're exploiting certain loopholes in the tax law, avoiding an audit is of no small priority. ;)

You sure? That looks more like the ring on her collar that held her tag. Guess we'll have to wait for a better angle.
