Boy, Peanut put a lot of thought into the set. Did he rent a theater??

Douglas isn't my real name, but because of a name block put on me by a higher-order being known as Djinni, I can't say my real name.
Re: 2014/12/19 - (No [Time)less Classics]
IS the Krampus eating George? The brown fur at the corner of the last panel looks like Peanut's ears, but I can't tell.
Also, who is Max suppose to be?

Max is John McClane? Well Die Hard is a Christmas movie! Though with Bailey as Krampus and Max holding "guns", I am reminded of the one boss from CarnEvil.

Following in the footsteps of history,
Wenceslas keeps you warm;
Flying failed to keep you free
and now the map's been torn?
Where stands substitute this time?
Which city creates the film New York?
Vancouver or a Los Angeles lot?
A pastiche revealed in peril's plot.
It's designed to be destroyed once more,
the cardboard city of the colonies;
unless George the reindeer and his crew
can bring the Krampus to his knees..
John MaxClaine looks rocking ready to try -
Cry 'yippee-ki-ay' and let the bullets fly!

Oh boy am I confused! this whole pageante is just nuts!
I thought about changing my signature but decided against it, it's too much work!
Re: 2014/12/19 - (No [Time)less Classics]
This whole thing is really confusing, and I have no idea what is going on. The only thing I know for sure is that I want to see Max play Scrooge McDuck.

Release The Bailey !!
Demon attack go!!
Miracle on 34th street reference this time yay. Now if only I had actually watched it, it is sitting on my shelf but I'm not bothered to reach over their when there is a forum win.
This arc must hold or be close to holding the Housepets record for most random themed references.

best. Theater. Pageant. EVER. Boy, surely Peanut made sure to invite everyone to the party! Organized chaos at its best!
Now we need a live fursuiters cast, a stage, a camera, and this act could become TOTALLY viral on the Tube in Zip time!

And Peanut certainly knows his Christmas (although 'Good King Wenceslas' position as Christmas Carol is disputed) and he quotes direct from the last verse.

How can such a thing be "disputed"? Is there some central carol authority? A Christmas court?Welsh Halfwit wrote:(although 'Good King Wenceslas' position as Christmas Carol is disputed)

Because the 'action' of Wenceslas was originally an early spring story. The songwriter moved it to St. Stephen's feast day for no real reason. Some theologians want it moved back there and, thus, the carol disqualified.Argent wrote:How can such a thing be "disputed"? Is there some central carol authority? Re: 2014/12/19 - (No [Time)less Classics]
It'll be because these films are referred to as timeless classics and that they are out of place in this mashup of references. The no time part could be from Maxwells impatience to start a demon fight as if saying no time for talking more time for shooting.SuperStar wrote:Anyone else notice the odd title?

(No Time) and [Timeless Classics] are two intersecting titles each referring to what I said before.

Re: 2014/12/19 - (No [Time)less Classics]
There's debate over Christmas itself being moved from spring to winter, so that seems totally cromulent.Welsh Halfwit wrote:Because the 'action' of Wenceslas was originally an early spring story. Edit: not to mention that many Christmas Carols are completely made up, not based even loosely on real events!

We need the mice as Little Thing 1 and Little Thing 2.
Re: 2014/12/19 - (No [Time)less Classics]
It just looks that George-Rudolph doesn't know how to use the flying power (because of who's interpreting him, probably). And, looks like Maxwell got a great part that fits him. Great part also for Bailey, it can fit with her danger. But, Die Hard and demons attacking in a Christmas reciting? Great confusing work, Peanut, you're making confusing everyone. Let's see how this will continue...

When I read the comics, I first of all check the tags to see which characters are in it.
