I'm not particularly fond of Bino either, but the truth being disregarded as "ridiculous lies" always drives me up the wall, no matter who's the story's current Cassandra.

People tend to use those to engage in de facto popularity contests. If someone has an unpopular opinion, it'll be voted down and potentially cause hard feelings. That's not what we're here for.

I wouldn't say Rick doesn't care if people are unhappy with how characters are treated. Alienating users isn't his goal. However, sometimes a character needs a negative experience to further a plot or garner our sympathy. I'm hopeful Bino will finally have his day, as all dogs must.
