The 'other' Easter Bunny is Wendell from kevin&kell.
Dissentive is a reference to the clickable text.

From reading two Easter comic strips
the Bunny's not as happy as he appears;
in Domain he has to be protected by Wolves
and here he has to wear extra ears.
What kind of fool hides yellow eggs
when Gold marks the Dissentive prize,
making the Opener feel locked down
as he refuses hopeful young eyes.
There's trouble hiding by a green egg
as Falstaff cuts with his clippers,
showing his skills whilst making us wonder
what this will mean for the mall trippers...

I think Falstaff is indeed creating bunny ears, in order to impersonate the Easter Bunny and get all the eggs. Then go to the opener and acquire all of the 'Blessed' candy from him.

No, Truck, it's not how you say, and this Opener thing should stop once for all.

But Zach has already his ears, why wear fake ones? Lift them up.
