I am having a very difficult time deciding if those eyes are absolutely adorable or kind of creepy.

To be honest, I don't remember much about the character Tiger.... but I am guessing he's the big eater type?

From what I saw once on a show about carnival food, that is an actual thing.... so is fried Ice Cream somehow...

Yep...he's basicly Garfield as a dog, although amazingly he never gains weight.

He's more than just that. His eating disorder comes form his many mental ailments. He is very much a deep character.
