At first glance before reading the dialogue this strip looks like Keene evily plotting with his butler.
This was a wonderful arc to catch up on all of our favourite characters with, and one day we will truly understand the importance of corn.

Yeah, all this was another your plan do get some advantage against something else... Huh? Don't you want to define your garden full of splatted cakes a problem?

In fact, the problem comes right now: a fine... fine.

Just pay it, you have the possibility, and it's way better than before when you had to continuously pay that tax.

It has been a really nice story arc.
