Well Ptah and Satau get along a lot better than I thought.

Hah! Got what's comin' ta ya, you scrawny Feline half-wit!

Funny thing was, I found it kinda hard to side with Maxie's idea of Dragon giving Ptah power to act as balancer. It might have been the intention at the beginning, but Ptah apparently decided to just lord over the cats and possibly abuse his power.

I mean, look at the Canids, they let their possible descendants in without much fuss, even though they also brought in cats, who're supposed to be their enemies. It's like they're trying to be diplomatic with the Cats, who just don't want anything to do with the dogs!

I mean, my first impression of Ptah, is that he's an arrogant jerk from pose alone! (I would have used a much more vulgar quote for Ptah, but that would get me kicked out of the forums) Satau, on the other hand, was polite upon first meeting, even if he wasn't too bright. (His belief of Timetravel comes to mind.)

Ptah is being very cunning to Satau, but the bowl proves him wrong in the end. Very nice, Grape. He looks like Bino with that bowl on his head :3

Well I was originally worried about the dogs overtaking the cats but since it seems like the cats would overtake the dogs if they let Ptah keep the ~~stupid~~stylish hat, I'm all for Max's idea.

Good question, my three guesses are:
-either Ptah is just jealous and he thought Satau somehow cheated to become Dragon's avatar (if Ptah knew what happened to Satau, maybe he wouldn't mind being second.)
-Satau isn't always as nice as he is now (Somehow I doubt that and he would be still an better alternative as Ptah, even if Ptah has such an awesome hat)
-Ptah refers to Satau's puppy eyes as power and Satau uses them often when he is about to get in trouble with the chief of his tribe (And I really hope it's something like that

)

you know, i was just thinking: do we know how barda work at this point in time? Maybe he's including Tarot too when he mentions the dog bard, in the same way one would include with a knight his horse and his squire
