Apparently it's currently owned by Hasbro, and while they also own Milton Bradley Monopoly isn't listed as one of MB's products.

Weird place they went, and it's nice that all of them travelled with Keene. What a giant desk. And so, that's the fourth animal, it's a really great surprise. Henry Milton did a great choice to become a ferret in Heaven. Well, find the answer by yourself, we're all curious to know why you became a ferret. What else is he going to tell to Keene?

In this arc of Housepets!, we learn that 3/4ths of the animals you meet in heaven will all be ferrets.

Well Mr.Milton finally made an appearance.

I know a lot of people called this but honestly i didn't think it was going to happen. I was convinced that the last animal was going to be an animal... And yes i know that Its been long established that you can be whatever you want in heaven (which explains the lack of humans in itself!) but i thought the last one was going to be Kitsune or perhaps Pete or Spirit Dragon. Also before everyone starts saying "but there mortals now!" Yes i realize that but time seems to work differently in heaven... After all we saw how quickly Pete's 40,000 year sentence passed. Time is sorta arbitrary there it would seem.

Actualy the 40000 year thing is stated to be a thing about time passing subjectively. Specificaly that was why the fourty or so years of being a mortal was suposed to be so mortifying, because it passes at the same rate as the comic's. I was hopeing for the litteral god analog we got in the form of the whale thing...

Come to think of it, I bet that a great deal of the cats and dogs in Heaven were originally human. That would certainly explain why King's parents weren't all that surprised to see him as a dog during his brief visit.
