[2017/03/27 Edge Of Your Seat ]
Title Text: fake butter flavored kisses

You were doing so well, Bailey.

Bet: Peanut and Grape won't have a way to sneakily ask how many pups, and only dig themselves deeper. It's a comic full of hijinks, it's a pretty safe bet.

Wonder how Grape and Peanut are going to handle the call.

Bailey: Hey guys, I was just checking in to see how the pups were doing.
Grape: Oh yeah they're fine. All *mumble* of them are asleep.

I see they are watching Zootopia.... ;)

Well its lighthearted, happy, and fits the setting perfectly.

Yeah i agree that's a pretty safe bet indeed. Though technically Grape could just say "Oh hey Bailey! what were the pups names again?" and then go "only 3 names, phew". But that would defuse the situation pretty quickly and seems less likely as a result.

Paying for two seats but using only one;
King found a novel way to make the movie fun.
It was in colour but it may as well be grey
as our pup wasn’t looking anyway.
Bailey’s a distraction, pure form and true,
On her lap the King is caught, held tight like glue.
Desires flourishing, kids out of the frame...
oop, silly me, there they are again!
It’s time for Bailey to make call one of three
to find out what truth in chaos there will be.
To test their sitters for once and for all;
to find if Fox’s favourites fly or if they fall.

how do you come up with those poems so fast?
any time I try to come up with rhymes they're at best awkward, and at worst comes out dirty, forced, only rhymes because I replaced the word with a pun, or all three.

probably still animated, it's just that "animals running cities and wearing clothes" is a less far-fetched concept here than in ours.

I like how the first panel points out that they're sitting in the dryest seat.

They were pandering to the animal and animal lover demographic.
Douglas isn't my real name, but because of a name block put on me by a higher-order being known as Djinni, I can't say my real name.

Try Everything! *does a boogie*

On a note, i find it humorous that it says the driest seat in the house. x3

Now i'm curious if any other pets will use that theater before Zootopia leaves.

Zootopia - the mushiest movie for pets.

King and Bailey kissing is just so adorable!
The animated signature I've used for years is too big for this forum! When I get time, I'll have to deconstruct it and make it smaller!

Yay! Another kiss! :D Good you found at least one decent seat to enjoy the movie together. :) King, you're such a foolish romantic. 8-) And adorable as always, of course. :D The distraction worked, but yeah, you hadn't remind it to him, Bailey. :P Ok, it's time to call home, and hopefully, Peanut and Grape haven't messed up something about watching the pups. ;)

Wait, four and a half? I know grape can act a bit dog-ish at times but she's not half puppy.

I think Cobra counts Peanut as the extra one and a half pup.

Actually, science and nature would prove that she, in fact, could not be half puppy. Considering both her age and the rules of nature that say two species cannot intertwine, and the fact that we have not been able to successfully create a cat dog with science yet unless you are looking at articles on the internet with questionable to no sources, both things mentioned would not prove otherwise. :lol: Unless you are implying she is actually a purple hyena.

What you are thinking about is magic(k) and zany time stuff :P

But hyenas are still feliforms.
