Panicking Peanut
rampages through boxes
in search of a phantom pup.
A thing to credit
if anyone will say it
is that this boy never lets up.
Great Grape
attracts the attention
of pups that are on the go.
The star girl
can find them all.
They stick to her like velcro.

I think it's cute that the pups look up to Grape.

Wait, what? Why is Peanut still looking? Didn't that phone call pretty much clear everything up? Do they honestly think that Bailey would take their assurance at face value if Grape hadn't been able to name all the pups?
...
Well, okay, she probably would've. King definitely wouldn't, but then that's probably why Bailey didn't let him make the call.

Those Pups really love Grape
Re: 2017/03/31 - Under Attack By The Cling-Ons
You would have got three naps, Grape. One for each puppy you don't have.
It would be funny if we saw Grape trying to walk with all the pups hanging off her.

She would have had NO naps.
Peanut panicing on the phone.
Peanut panicing on the phone.
Peanut panicing on Skype when Grape disconnects the phone.
Peanut calling at the door with pups after Grape turns the internet off.

It's more than ridiculous, it's impossible! Please Peanut, stop searching for other not existing pups! Now, put every object in the house back at its place. Eheheh, the Grape attack returns, but now in group (do they do it because they like Grape, or is it because she's just the typical cat enemy? ). How adorable! Resist, Grape, you'll do your usual napping "activity" tomorrow.
Re: 2017/03/31 - Under Attack By The Cling-Ons
It's hard to say if the predator rivalry between cats and dogs that exists in the real world applies to the HPU, even if the pups are at the same stage of development as a toddler just under a year old. Maybe they're just excited that a new friend has entered into their domestic sphereCesco wrote:It's more than ridiculous, it's impossible! Please Peanut, stop searching for other not existing pups! Actually now that I think about it, even in the real world the apparent rivalry can be overcome if both species are conditioned at a very young age to one another. As a volunteer at my local animal shelter, they always say on the cat pens and dog kennels if they are compatible with others of their species and cats/dogs. The general rule of thumb I guess is if you get a kitten and a puppy, or an older cat/dog that's as chilled as a Zen Buddhist and a puppy or kitten, you should get a friendship that'll as long as both of their lives. Bc I know farm cats and dogs often have better tolerance levels of one another if they were born at a similar time

Wouldn't Peanut just be able to recognize scents or something?

A sort of rivalry between cats and dogs exists in the HP! universe, as showed multiple times by Bino against cats and dogs who love cats, for example. Yeah, probably the puppies are just excited by the presence of a cat, and maybe they're seeing a real one for the first time. I know about the fact that cats and dogs can be like friends and live well together since when they're both small.House42 wrote:It's hard to say if the predator rivalry between cats and dogs that exists in the real world applies to the HPU, even if the pups are at the same stage of development as a toddler just under a year old. However, I was just doing irony of that stereotype.
Since that time, still not, apparently.Sleet wrote:Wouldn't Peanut just be able to recognize scents or something?

And then at the end of the arc Grape wonders, would she be having kittens or puppies, or kitpies or puptens. As according to the rules of humor subsection detailing when female watches over other peoples children. Or maybe it'll be Peanut as according to the equality resolution.
Re: 2017/03/31 - Under Attack By The Cling-Ons
Grape would likely not want any of that after this arc... til something jogs her memory :3

The poor pups are starving...And Grape is female. Gotta give 'email credit, they figured her gender out a lot faster than Peanut or Maxwell. Or maybe they must think the poor kitty is a titanic grapesycle.
