Alright, I'm calling it now. I've had some suspicions for a while, but this and the last page have edged that close to certainty:

Karishad is an alter-ego of Kitsune. That, or Kari's covertly working for Kitsune as a bonded mortal similar to how Tarot was bonded to Dragon.

The Celestials. They form a team of three, four if you count Kitsune... Which may have been the plan the whole time.

I mean, think about it. Isn't it odd that the Celestials would turn up in such numbers, are constantly offscreen and turn up as either minors or visual gags? I already suspect they're pretending to be a hinderance, when they're actually a team leeching off their efforts so they won't have to do a thing.
