Well, it's really just the street Tiger lives on. They all live in Babylon Gardens, Rick never said how far away from eachother they are.

One could assume Babylon itself is decently sized considering Peanut and Tarot did that "barking" bit in the form of shouting.

IIRC Tiger, Marvin, and Zach are considered Peanut and Grapes neighbors they only live a few houses away at best I think.
