Honestly it’s hard to tell but either they’re both going in the pit or just Miles. Like I can see Gale latching to the edge while Miles hits the dirt and she pulls herself up to stare them all wickedly. If that happened maybe it will finally be King’s turn to be the hero. Ninja skills activate!

This scene is very strange. He wants peace and harmony or whatever with her but she is so emotional right now that he literally has to force her to listen to reason. Your right though about no one wants to fight her. They're all probably so exhausted by this entire ordeal that they're like "Please don't. We just to go home. We are so over the woods and the wild. You are a terrible alpha!"

I really like this side of Miles, he is super strong and yet wants to resolve things peacefully. I guess we see why he is the Alpha of the pack, it's not just because of strength.

Nah, it's implied that Gale is leaning forward and going to fall the pit down and Miles doesn't want that.

He just wants to fighting to stop. Miles still sees Gale as an old friend and doesn't want to hurt her. I think the only one, who would really try to stop everyone would be Poncho, but I guess the other wolves would just knock her out, but like I said Miles doesn't want more fighting.

I guess Lucretia chose her name from the knowledge of Miles' books, but where did Miles get those books from?

Drop her Miles, just flat out drop her. She's a cat, so even if she doesn't get the time to spin around and land properly she is still feline flexible. Even if she falls flat on her back she won't be hurt. The sudden drop and change in tactics might shock her out of her rage. Of course once she's over the indignity of the drop the rage may return, but it could open a window for proper dialog.

At this point i'm not sure what her true motives even are. Is she trying to get hurt? she hasn't hurt him or his family despite having clear opportunity to do so. She seems upset that he isn't trying harder to hurt her and seems to be trying to have it happen... Yet shes also putting her kid at risk if she gets hurt...

Woah, that has been a great move, Miles. Yeah, it wouldn't be nice to face more wolves angry against you, Gale (except for Poncho ). But, she is looking for it now... Both are surely going to fall in the pit! I wonder what's this greater purpose Miles was talking about... You're always so wise, Miles.

Gale's not trying to get Miles to hurt her. She's trying to get him to fight back. If he won't defend himself, she feels less like she's getting justice and more like she's just a bully. As for what's happening right now, she's trying to get Miles to let her go. If he tries to catch her, he'll be close and have his guard down.

I know I dismissed it before, but I had a thought: Maybe you're right. We saw in one of the flashbacks how Miles was talking to her while she was sewing a wound in her face and before that we found out that Gale fell down a cliff, but got back up again. Maybe Gale and Miles had a fight like this before and this is how she got her scar? It could be it has something to do with that.
