Hello! New to the forum. I tripped over Housepets! looking at another comic I love where someone recommended it (not sure I can mention it here, seems a little like cross-advertising to me, so I won't). I love it! I used to in my younger days play D&D and other RPGs and worked in theatre, and also, with multiple cats and in the past ferrets in the household I have an affinity for critters. So a geek and an animal lover, with a love of movies and books, fantasy, scifi, thrillers, and such. Thus the comic appeals on multiple levels. I am an old school IRC user (cause I am a bit older I suspect than many readers of the comic), so I will check out the IRC rooms too. See you round the forums! :) Guess I better select an icon! :)

EDIT> Okay, avatar created. Yes, Grape is a cat not a wolf, but somehow the exasperated gesture of her burying her face in her hands just seems both funny and familiar to me so I couldn't resist. :D

Uh.. thanks... I better subscribe to Omaha Steaks, just in case. Seriously, thanks for the welcomes! One thing about firehosing the archives in a couple of weeks is everything that has happened is recent to me, so I am still thrilled at the King/Bailey wedding, misty eyed at The Talk Grape and Peanut had about their feelings, laughing proudly about how my fellow wolves dealt with Sabrina's princely ex, and in general wishing a little I lived in their dimension and not the Gallifrax one (don't worry folks, real daily life keeps me well grounded enough to compensate). Happily, Rick has crafted a world that just generates all sorts of possibilities for rich stories, even if you didn't include his out-of-the-blue inspirations, such as the subject of the latest Imaginate thread.

Hi, I'm That_Red_Fox.
I enjoy playing video games, reading HousePets!, and watching films.
I listen to Nu metal, Dubstep and a little Hip-Hop (mainly just eminem though, so does that even count?).
I do read, and keep up with the news daily, even if it's mainly just tech news! I roleplay a little on another forum and quite enjoy it, not sure what the RP's are like here though.
I'm also a furry (surprise surprise) with my fursona being a folf called Alex.
Oh, and HousePets! is the only web-comic I read. I'm planning on buying the paperback comics on Amazon too!

Hi. My name is SuperStar. I first starting reading Housepets! December last year, and have since caught up. I am a big fan, along with my brothers, and always read the Character's with different unique voices, based from real voice actors, cause Housepets! should be a show, and it should be those voices, though I doubt anyone wants to hear my opinion.

Here are the relationships I support:

Parrot (PeanutXTarrot)
Graxie (GrapeXMax)
Fina (FidoXSabrina)
Kily (KingXBaily)
Fosha (FoxXSasha)

And there are probably some I'm forgetting.
