really nice. It looks like he used a tablet to draw this. I'm kinda sad my picture was limited to microsoft paint with no tablet.

#6-11, over-sized common stalls. these are 19'by20'. normal stall size is 12'by12' or 10'by12'. Doors are side sliders on the inside. and two piece, split-doors outside.
#12, natural gas powered, back-up generator.
#13, ~~Kandi's office~~ Senka's bedroom/Den/Hideout
#14, Kandi's bedroom
#15, Laundry room
#16, 4 piece Bathroom
#17, Kitchenette

I think that if you're not saying something out loud, you should probably not put it in your own color or in quotation marks.

It's lead to confusion on a couple of occasions.

the general rule in other neighborhoods is that thinking is italicised, not in quotes, and in the same color as the character's speech, but I think that's really a GM's decision.

I generally make sure I put "he thinks" or "he muses" or something similar with the italicised thoughts just to make it clearer. Just a little tip.
