I think there's enough houses, and it makes sense for the shopping district to be outside the residential area.

but yeah, it's kinda small for a map

Yes, we really should. I mean no offense to whoever put in the time to make this, but a map doesn't really work when you can't tell what's what and who's where.

Should we extend the map to have the layout of the panda village too? Or should that be a second map?
Also, Scotty's house is between the Leones and Walter's mother. Walter is directly across the street from them. Chris is down the other end of the street somewhere so I guess she's not too far from the diner. Does that sound right. Valerio?

To select a card, just say "___ chose the 7th card" or whatever. After everyone draws, I'll flip the cards over so you guys can see your cards.

Well, to be honest. With the only information I have being
+add the diner
+add abandon amusement park
and -remove old players houses
I don't know what to do.
Taking away old player's houses seems pointless unless the characters themselves had their houses demolished.
All I think I'd need to do is enlarge the current map and add readable names.

Okay, from what I saw so far:
Matatabi has card 3
Mitch has card 4
Chris has card 7
Jessica has card 8
Ruby has card 9
Will has card 10

Also, it looks like Rikki left
So, I believe cards 1,2,5, and 6 are left, and one of those was Rikki's.

Good point.

I think we don't need to worry about secrecy here like you would in a real game either. Obviously as soon as someone says "[character] winks at [other character]" then we all know who's who anyway. So just throw away the extra cards and randomly pick someone to murder and someone to detect and someone for the other cards then, I say.

GM, may I suggest you PM Superstar or ask your friendly local mod to do it for you? Alternatively, you can take action to write around the character to help the game move on. That's also allowed.

So?
It's easy to write "After Blay died, Jess turned to...". Then Superstar can fill in the details later if he's not around to do it now. It's really no different to writing around a character in any other part of the story.

If you want to PM Superstar you're welcome to and I can't stop you. It is kinda the GM's job though but Neon did say he might not be around for a bit.
