That picture of them looks really nice! Though I am still hoping they stay just friends.

Absolutely excellent right down to Fox's blush (which seems to be semi-permanent these days).

Fox looks so comfortable in those big arms. I mean, who wouldn't be though?

Gosh I really hope Mungo x Fox happens...

I still would rather that they just stay as close friends. Besides, I'm still annoyed at the fact that Foxsha is sunk for good and Sevin actually is a good pairing. :x

Yup! In Heaven, he has two nice angels waiting for him, but in this life he deserves a tender guy like Mungo.

Mirage and Macabre have a slight run-in with Eudoant, and a bit more of Macabre's original upbringing comes to light. Eh, sort of.
Image
Had to look up a couple different references from the comics to get the looks.

Also playing around with the idea of Macabre's internals to be of a different color than most. Tried purpleish here, thoughts? Might experiment with other colors.

Anyway, back to lore, Halphas and Gretchen are duke and duchess of their own circle of Hell. So while not a prince, Macabre is technically nobility, so his abandonment of it is not viewed very well by other denizens. The "prince" part was more of an attempt to add insult to his actions, to show how much he was giving away by leaving.

He's told none of this to Mirage.

Side note, initially considered sing Belial from the fan comic, Housepets 1X. Guess I just wanted to include a canon character.

Most important thing I've learned from D&D?
No matter how tempting it may be, as a DM I can't both present a problem and solve it.
Every time a DMPC or NPC fixes something a payer couldn't i'm diminishing and undermining that player's contribution.

Does he have a technical nobility title then if it isn't prince?

Count on Eudoant to divulge the unknown … the old apparatchik devil probably entertains a lot of nobility on his assembly lines.

I can easily see Eudoant TRYING (not succeeding) to tear down Macabre more.

Quick Google search on title ranks for the eldest son of a duke and duchess would make him a marquess in most cases, though earl, baron, or viscount are apparently also possible.

You know, I was entertaining that thought. ;)

Well if worst comes to worst, he can always have Mirage EAT Eudoant if he is really bugged by those comments.

Seeing Ralph again after a while reminded me how much I love him as a character so I decided to draw something up relating to his recent appearances.

I also have alts where he's in the regular K9PD vest, and wearing nothing but his collar, but I don't know if i should upload those as well just yet to avoid blocking up everything.

Wow, thanks guys! :D

And to Weston, I'm not entirely sure if you do because most of my art (like 80% of it) is um... Well, it's hard to describe it in a family friendly manner but I will say it's very... niche.

I pretty much get a mini heart attack whenever somebody from the forums follows me on FA or Twitter for my HP art-

You could just link it, I got to see if on your FA gallery. ;)

I hadn't considered that, Cesco. Great idea!
So then the one Cesco linked is Collared Ralph, and here is Ralph wearing the standard K9 vest.

Word of advice, try not to stray too far. You might see something you wish you wouldn't have sawn.

Here's a sketch of Housepets! characters at an anthro convention... which I guess would just be called a convention in the Housepets! universe. Would it be funnier if the one dressed as Inzari was Falstaff or Custom Ink?

They're based off of Rick's other works;

Zach as Paris from Pit Fighters
Falstaff/Ink (Ink has the matching face mask but I can see Falstaff having fun with this) as Inzari from Hayven Celestia
Can't recall where Natalie is coming from, but guessing In the New Age?
No clue about Mungo, but there is a black dog species in Hayven Celestia

Anyway, these came out great, Bat!

Natalie is Idekawise from the In the New Age universe. Loved her story even if it was a bit "protagonist can achieve any goal they set their mind to" XD (Sadly can't really access all of it anymore :( )

ante seemed to think Hell was well populated with Infernal "Princelings", Titans, and assorted monsters so … why not?

Thanks everyone! :D Yes D-Rock and Obbl, those are exactly the characters I was going for. Mungo is going as an Anup from Hayven Celestia, though he broke his gold rod. Coloring this is queued on my to-do list.

In a way, Macabre is kind of like a reverse Lucifer. Can't say I envy his position having to explain this to Mirage.
