Yeah, I can tell. Anyway, I don't think you guys will ever be seeing me again.. As of now, I officially resign from working on Minepets! Thank you all, most of you were very nice, and I regret my decision, but it has to be done due to certain reasons. Have fun with the server and enjoy the rest of your day.

Also, should any of you want to talk to me, you know how to contact me.

I agree, I have no problem welcoming Temba back. I have no major objections, I just don't want the building team to be too crowded.

Everyone has done fine on the project. I don't think you're bothering the project, I'm sure Render was just confused as to why you were angry.

Also, perhaps we should discuss this over Skype.

My skype broke, so I can't.

But, I'm afraid if I do work with Temba, it would be very uncomfortable for the both of us.

Temba has done more for project Minepets. He created the map we're building on.
He's also more commited than I, going so far as to buy a new computer to help with the server.

Temba is the logical choice for the server.

That being said, I still want to help the project by making minecraft skins of the characters, so I won't be leaving completely.

I respect you're choice, it was very mature of you. It's unfortunate that you won't be directly working with us, but we wouldn't wan't to make things uncomfortable. Thank you for staying to do skins, you have so far proven to be the best at it.

I just realized that I've been calling Rook "Aaron". The reason for that is because one of his characters is named "Aaron", so I've been mixing them up :p

As much as I know, you can get on the server at any time. But you won't be able to build.

Speaking of building, how is everything going, bros!
I made the waterfall earlier, but not the forest.

I was going to start on the temple, but I got sidetracked with the waterfall.

So, I tried entering the password "Sandwiches" and it's not working. I've tried with a lower-case 's' and in all caps, but that got me nowhere either.

Don't know where you try to connect, but there's no password required.

Ah! That's great! I was trying to use Hamachi, and missed that update (I did only a very fast skim of the forums).

Yeah, apparently the server is offline at the moment, but that is the right address.
You need MC version 1.7.2 or 1.7.4 - don't know if 1.7.5 will work too...

Oh. I'm running 1.7.9

Not sure how to run a previous version. Hmm...I'll look into it, but if y'all have any methods throw 'em out if it pleases xD

Edit: that was stupid easy, shouldn't have opened my big mouth! I'll hop on next time the server is up, and make sure to read the game plan! Evidently we still need to build a temple? I love building temples!

Adventure mode is a mini game for the server that allows the players to play for a prize.

To make my randomizers I use tripwires and comparator loops to reset or tp the player to new tracks. A more manual way of randomizing tracks could be with piston doors opening and closing by using a hopper clock, but that's much more work to do.

When it comes to piston doors, though, I was thinking that maybe having the temple door only open if 5 pressure plates at the entrance were pushed down, given that the temple is in "Adventure mode" and all. It wouldn't be too hard to do.

As far as randomizing, I assume that y'all want peeps to walk down a certain tunnel and then get tp'ed to another? Idk o.O.

That would be pretty cool, though. We only know for sure what's at the end of one tunnel (unless they all lead to the same place), so that would make things nice and fun =p.

Sorry about me disappearing for almost two months... I've been doing a lot of things for school recently and I didn't have time for the project. :/
I put some information about my computer troubles on Skype if anyone wants to know how that's going. Also, I edited my post on page 3 to reflect the current state of the project.
And when I get home, I'm going to count how many times I've said "sorry" in my posts since the beginning of the year... -_-

The server is on 1.7.4, so that may be your problem.

Hmm. I had switched to 1.7.4 a while ago, and couldn't connect. So I went back to the most recent version.

Tried to connect the other day with 1.7.4 and it worked!

Sure, why not. But that's only the temporary place for the houses, I'm pretty sure they shall not stay there in the garden of the mansion. XD

To finally do something again, I started to build the floors and stairways inside the Milton Manor... Did that already in survival mode on the server I play on, so I pretty much rebuild them now in creative.

So, have a look at them if you like.
