I... honestly can't decide. None of these voices click for me... Except Bob, Bob has the perfect voice. Bob can be whatever you want him to be,
Though seriously, I'm having problems deciding.

To me it was a no-brainier. Only question is, if Czukay plays Fox, who's going to play King? :|
Douglas isn't my real name, but because of a name block put on me by a higher-order being known as Djinni, I can't say my real name.

He can play more then one Character. It would be a bit different to see the difference between both chars though but if hes doing a good job that should be no problem.

Now, if I somehow got voted up for both King and Fox as the person who played them, I would develop different voices for them. I could do that. An example of someone doing this in the past: in the Simpsons, the same voice actor (Henry Shearer) voiced Principal Skinner, Otto, Ned Flanders, and Mr. Burns, along with some others, and they had pretty different voices.
However, I do not want to assume anything. As of this moment, I am neither the voice of Fox, nor King. I am merely stating that I could speak in a different voice, should I be cast as two characters.
Edit: What I feel I would have to do is experiment with different inflections, and pitches, and re-read all of the strips with Fox and King.

Lots of voice actors portray characters that talk to each other. Also sometimes the same actor plays identical twins and talk to each other on a show.

It looks like most people think Czukay is the best for the part.

Wow, this is interesting. I was just introduced to this from a person who commented on my fandub of one of the "Housepets!" comics.
I just wanted to get some info before I audition.
1: How do you want me to submit my audition?

2: If I am chosen, and we start the project, how do you want the lines delivered to you?
(For example, just the audio file? Or Skype?[which is an unlikely option for me])

3: Is it too late to audition for Fox?

1. You go here to audition.

2. I don't really know that yet, you'll have to ask Kitsune, and well, I dunno when he'll be back.

3. Well, I guess that would be up to Kitsune, but considering how he said that the polls for Fox would close in 3 days 6 days ago, it most likely is too late...

Also, welcome to the forums, Gray D. Fox!

First off, Her Gray! Glad to see you're interested in the webshow!

You audition by recording yourself reading a few sentences for the part you desire and you submit it to the chosen part.
You are chosen by an election from the fans of the comic. The reason why is because while one person may think one guy is perfect for the part, others might think another guy is better. However, GK decides which candidates go into the voting poll because we can't vote for everyone.

Is it too late for Fox? Yes, because you'd have to have auditioned before we started the voting process for the character. Sorry, but there are quite a few other characters you can audition for if you're still interested!

Another poll closed, another part casted. Sorry I took so long. Haven't had much time lately.

1: Audition to the Housepets! Animated Webshow project on castingcall.club.

2: I inform the cast members when their parts come up.

3: Yes.

EDIT: Also, I added some new parts, so auditions are open. Oh, and I added tonal suggestions to some older parts. Too many Steve Urkle voices in Joey's auditions.

I think we should wait a while to vote on the new ones, and focus on the ones who are in the first few arcs. That way more people have time to submit their audition.

Well when we get to the next casting, you should suggest that its Bino.

Are Joel and King gonna have the same voice actor?
