It's a good idea. It does take a bit of fiddling to keep changing them though and I'm not sure if Rick has time to keep doing it. Or Diss. I'm sure we'll have a great new banner soon though, just as soon as Rick finishes updating the site!

Seriously though I guess I'm just permanently known as a banner artist. I mean I guess it makes sense considering I did make banner art ONCE

I have three questions:
1 - What's the maximum file size the banner can be?
2 - Are GIF banners allowed?
3 - Are rotatory banners possible?
The last two questions are because I was thinking doing them in the same vein as SEGA-16 forum's banners
(The Barney's one is the funniest imo
)

I like this new unusual banner, and yeah, it remind a bit of Hotline Miami game series style.
