Your logic is undeniable, Gren. I agree.

In the book it involved a planetoid-sized blob of liquid helium and a lot of careful tweaking of particle injectors and counter-rotating masses.

I actually asked Rick about that a couple months ago. He only stated that he hasn't forgotten. I was happy to leave it at that.

I think it depends on the mythology. A few Greek demigods have died, I think. Heracles (Hercules) was poisoned, and he was a son of Zeus. Norse gods seem more like empowered mortals to me. There may be others, but this is the top of my head.

And then Fido jumps in without thinking and saves her, but reveals their relationship, causing drama? Sounds like a Wild Mass Guess to me...

Nah, I doubt it. That strip was posted in august and there are still three months to reach to the three years deadline. But maybe that could happen in the next arc. Or in the next one.

I just had a awesome idea:

Sabrina: Help! I'm drowning!
Max: I'll save you! *Jumps in to save her* ...Wait a second... i'm a~ *Drowns too*
Fido: *Saves them both*

I DO hate inter-species relationships (okay, no, my conscience hates them, and, thankfully, prevents me from totally digging them!), but I want the Sabrido bussiness to stop being a secret.

I anticipate Bino receiving a fatal injury doing something extremely good for a change. I feel like this will very much happen.

I don't think Bino will be killed off since he is the dog that we all love to hate.

I said fatally injured. That does not imply that he will die. He will merely not be seen for a long while.

No. See: my sig.

BTW: I just realized how old this thread is, and noticed people speculating that Sabrina's near-drowning might occur during King and Bailey's wedding.

You guys were close. It did indeed happen at a wedding. :P

Speaking of deaths, don't pets usually cross the Rainbow Bridge when they die? That bridge did not look like a rainbow to me.

man, when you have a psychopomp such as CERBERUS and an infinite-chocolate cookie to go along with, the colored bridge is not really a priority, right? ;)

I guess so but its just what I believed then. The poem always made me cry though.

How did that puppy die anyway? Morbid question, but I'm curious. I'm assuming drowning since he was near a stream?

I think the fact that it was by a highway overpass should provide the intended implication.
