Characters: New and Old

This thread is to discuss possible new characters and what happened to some of the old characters that were seen but haven't been seen in a while.
That being said, I will now include a list of characters I haven't seen for a long while.
Mr. and Mrs. Sandwich(mostly Mrs. Sandwich)
Max and Bino's owner(who has yet to be named)
Fido's owner
Fox's owner
Rex
Daisy
The Bigglesworths (I'm not quite sure, so I'll check)
Res
G.K. (Great Kitsune)
S.D. (Sprit Dragon)
If you guys can think of anyone else, please tell me.
I have yet to think of a new character..... Ok that's a lie. 
I do have someone in mind, but I need to smooth out his personality.

There isn't really enough time for every other arc to have every single character in the HP! universe included in it. I'm sure the characters you listed are fine, they just aren't focused on.

As far as I know, humans are banned from appearing amongst the main cast. So goes the legend.

Easy. I just made this thread to get a clear understanding of which character(s) have yet to reappear. I understand perfectly that rick can't include every character in each arc.

Last time I checked, the owners were included in the cast page and do make appearances from time to time according to how rick feels at that particular moment despite not being part of the main cast. (I'm not trying to sound like a jerk with this comment.)

You want to know who is a mystery? Joey's owners. I don't believe they have EVER been in the comic as of this time.

Is anyone else waiting for Bino to do something epic and awesome to redeem himself? He's been a jerk sense 2008, yet being how important he technical is, he hasnt ever shown much sympathy or kindness towards really anyone, except the occasionally joke that didnt really show any good traits about him.
I just really want an epic Bino arc ;_;

I sort of want to know more about the Bigglesworth cats owner. I imagine her being a lonely old lady.
