I think it's funny how supportive Rodney still is even after he's been waiting for three hours...

Today's strip seems to contradict a previous one in which it's implied Bino's rather good with his nose...

I do appreciate the reference to the fact that Bino attended the police academy, though.

Victory to my fellow lazy people!
So Rodney just casually stood there in the exact same spot for three hours.
It looks like it even snowed a bit in that time as the roots of the background tree are later covered in a large pile of snow were as before they were visible, even the distant trees are covered in more snow.

We don't know how Miles is grading Bino. He could have passed the first test. Even if he didn't, he didn't fail the second one yet.
