Go with Jope. Jape I'm thinking might be better suited for Jata/Grape as Grape did have a massive crush on him for the one arc he appeared in.

So did all the cats without names that make up most of the feline population, I think the more important ship given some grounds to grow from was the Sabrina and Grape one, though considering how open and obvious Grape is with her crushes, I think we’d have seen some signs if she was interested in females

Bigglesworth² but given the fact that they all don't know what genders they are, I don't think they would risk it since they probably don't know who they are biologically related to.
