RuneScape reference?

I was looking through the comic and I happened upon this strip. If you look closely at the name of the book that Peanut is reading, it is called "Beasts of Burden." For those of you who don't play RuneScape, a Beast of Burden - a.k.a. BOB - is used to store more items than your inventory can hold. So I want to know if this is a reference to RuneScape or not.

A quick google search gives me this comic book series. That's prolly what Peanut was reading.

Don't think it's referencing what you think it's referencing, but hey, you can interpret it any way you want
