Kitsune stays in the neighborhood after the game and becomes a much more reoccurring character. And bonds well with Olive, Ace, and Rook while King is outright losing his mind over that fact.

By they reach the end of the temple everyone, including team members are going to turn on each other.

Sofia will start daydreaming and the harness will turn her into some mythical beast of burden. This will cause Thomas to panic and flee, comically stumbling through various death traps.

Sofia is going to crack by the end of the arc. Probably in a way like this.

Thomas is going to come out of nowhere, get into the mana pool, and wish to be a human again.

Team sandwich have been there the whole time and the manas already used up because peanut made Spot real and they've been waiting for him to wake up while the other teams 'played'.

Turns out the mana was devoured by squirrels who were transformed into true orcs tormenting poor Maxwell. Keene is riotously grumped.

It will be revealed that Marvin used to belong to Jerry's roommate who mysteriously disappeared without anyone acknowledging he ever existed.

There is no mana because Pete dried up the temple, the real prize is newfound friendship.

But the only new thing the pets found was resentment and hatred towards eachother.

When Tarot splashes into the top, she discovers the spill isn't mana at all but a mess of gnocchi soup and they've all been conned. A hologram of Pete emerges to give our heroes a cosmic raspberry followed by the return of Karishad who leads the gang in a monumental food fight. Keene gets severely pummeled for his overweening ambition, and Maxwell is savagely splattered because he's fun to pick on.

Keene will make his wish and get a glimpse of the alternatives before waking up.
