How so? I presented the concept that Tarot wasn't coming forward with all the information, that she was only telling people what they needed to hear. She presented Pete as being this being of ultimate destruction who was more-powerful than her. That's obviously not the case when she turns into an even bigger dragon and starts telling him what he can and can't do.

I'd say, if this isn't a dream, then they are both "Jerks", because they're messing with someone else's reality in a way that they probably wouldn't like.

Yep neither of them are good or evil their both jerks (however I guess you could consider Tarot/The spirit Dragon to be slightly less of one because she doesn't interfere as much. But I personally don't.)

If they're through with the campaign the whole universe's destroyed, but since there's an infinite number of universes they will find another one to play with and the comic's view shifts to one where they aren't present. Everything will be as if all events after Tarot's introduction never happened and Grape and Peanut are a pair.

I think in the end the most simple explanation is that being brother and sister, they were just rivals (Pete and Dragon)
