Need help with avatar

I have an avatar uploaded to TinyPic ( http://i58.tinypic.com/yl3r8.jpg ) but the site won't let me upload because it says it needs to be between 0 and 24 KiB. I have no clue what that even is. Can somebody please assist me?

KiB means kilobytes, it's a measurement of data (kilobytes, megabytes, gigabytes, etc). You basically need to make the files size smaller to fit the measurements, but I don't know how to do that with a gif.

When you save a file, sometimes on the right you can see the size of it. if it says 24KB then it should work. the other thing is pixels, which, depending on what your using to edit, should show up on the bottom of the program

I just gave up. I'll use this Sailor Jupiter avatar that I really like. Its too much of a pain to make a GIF work here.
