I'm ashamed of not having a job after several months of looking for one.

Im ashamed that I actually tried playing runescape before. Yes, I know, absolutely terrible thing to admit.
Its quest descriptions were like:

Greetings Traveler! My name is (insert stupid name here) and I have a favor to ask you!

TEXT WALL TEXT WALL TEXT WALL TEXT WALL TEXT WALL

TEXT WALL TEXT WALL TEXT WALL TEXT WALL TEXT WALL

TEXT WALL TEXT WALL TEXT WALL TEXT WALL TEXT WALL

TEXT WALL TEXT WALL TEXT WALL TEXT WALL TEXT WALL

TEXT WALL TEXT WALL TEXT WALL TEXT WALL TEXT WALL

Are you up for the challenge?

Actually, it has improved since it's, eherm, "humble" beginnings, though the wall of text may be the same. I played for awhile a couple of years ago, and it's much better than it used to be.

That and I'm pretty sure everyone here has tried it at least once.

You are ashamed to have played Runescape? I plays it all the time. :)

I am ashamed of my entire childhood. Being so hyper and uncontrollable.

Since I'm on a roll ill go ahead and say this: I am ashamed I played Maplestory. While it was possibly more fun than Runescape and i did have friends on it i felt that my the mindless grinding and my unflinching loyalty to my guild kinda scary. One day i just notified everyone i knew in game and called it quits. Never touched it since. Don't even remember my pass or user name lol.

A trivial thing I'm ashamed of is the time I almost suffocated. Because I got a piece of cubed ham stuck in my nose. Yeah... I wasn't very smart as a kid.

I'm ashamed of my rather poor cardio fitness, no practicing blackbelt should ever get a rapid pulse running for a bus!
May you lead an interesting life.

I'm ashamed that sometimes I don't remember which pocket is the one I keep my wallet in, and which one holds my keys and cellphone.

purses suck

edit: Oh yeah! I'm also ashamed of the one time when I was like 4 or 5 I managed to somehow got a (fake) pearl stuck in my ear. I don't even remember how I managed it, but it was in so deep I actually had to get minor surgery to get it out.

Yep.

I'm ashamed that
-I only have 50 songs on my ipod.
-i listen to a song so much that i hate it 3 days after the first time i heard it
-me and my friends are known for our weirdness, ability to go a whole week and only talk amongst ourselves and teachers, being smart*, our loudness, and our utter spazziness
-my best friend and i can fight about the dumbest thing EVER.

* no not nerds. we just talk about stuff that would bore other people, and can actually enjoy learning some things (like when we were learning about...um, actually, they were the ones that enjoyed learning. I was the one who tried to give us some dignity by hating almost all things school related) and we can have a debate about politics for more then 15 minutes without suddenly falling asleep or going for each other's throats.
....
wait, make that 5 minutes for me

Hey now, you shouldn't be ashamed of that. Everyone feels down sometime, life will get better.

I feel ashamed whenever I sing something, and add things because I feel like it sounds better. Like whistling the melody where no whistling belongs. And then everybody looks at me totally surprised and I feel like just shrinking away under their looks :/
