I was invited to the Medal of Honor beta, so I've been doing that lately.

Right now, I am playing Dungeons and Dragons Online. That's pretty much it. I haven't even been doing that much lately, having been sucked into book series once again and being an addict, which is why I haven't been around here all week either xD

I used to do Bioshock online, Sacred Seasons 1 and 2, Platform racing, Armegatron, and I used to be an avid text rp player. I tried Grid online once, but I sucked, so I quit.

That's all I got!

I believe there's going to be a ranking system that helps match players with similarly skilled players. That's good for me too, because I too am not super great.
There's gonna be like, 2 other people in my ranking lol.

Apparently, you're able to play Alien Swarm in First person. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nsvBrW_I3gM

Playing Alien Swarm fps would actually be a huge disadvantage, and I highly doubt you could find teammates willing to constantly cover your back.

Usually play Fighting games or FPSs, particularly Left 4 Dead.

I'm very obsessed with the Silent Hill series...

Trust me, no there's not. There are plenty of people who are not Korean-level players. Most people aren't. It's just like any sport. Just because we have lots of pros doesn't mean that you can't find people who are a fair challenge to you, especially if there's a program dedicated to finding those people from all over the world.

if it could run the medal of honor beta im pretty sure it can run star craft 2. Blizzard isn't exactly making a graphically demanding game.

Ooh a video game topic

I am (/used to be?) an avid gamer, though lately I play less and less and kinda just browse the net, the only game I have played for any length of time in the last few weeks was UFO: Enemy Unknown

It's a bit funny when one has an expensive high end gaming rig and only uses it to play a game that was written for PCs with 4Mb RAM, though I suppose it's okay because that game is UFO :)
Who else here has great memories of it? (Also horrible ones, involving psionics, reaction shots from the darkness and cryssalids)

I have a dual core 2.34 GHz, 3 gig ram, and a 512 MB video card.
these spec seems to be the same as a X-box and PS3.
so if a game gets released for both, I can play it.
for example, I just finished Singularity, and the game kept a 60 FPS + of full graphics for the whole game.
(have this p.c for about 3 years now)

Playing some Fire Emblem and seeing if I really want to start to work on making a game similar to it. FE gets so hard though >.<

I believe the challenge on FE is one of the main draw points of the series, I miss the difficult games of olden times.

When it comes to Fire Emblem, I can't stand if I lose someone. I restart and keep trying until I can beat the level with no casualties, big drawback for me.

Yes and they also accidentally confirmed She-Hulk at Comic-Con
http://www.hypercombo.net/2010/07/niits ... -she-hulk/ Which goes perfectly with the leaked Roster. Oh and I now know my teams for this game.
