Re: Prefered Art Medium
I just use GIMP. Which is fine with me, since it being free is totally worth it. I don't use it much at all, so the features expensive software has aren't worth it to me.

Re: Prefered Art Medium
Paint has basically turned into a crappy GIMP now. I used to use it in place of GIMP for pixel-by-pixel drawing, but it's a lot more unwieldy for that purpose now.

yeah, but its simpler. more "user friendly," as it were. if it can get the job done without being crazy stupid, i use it.

I was pretty much an expert with the old one, even when I was a kit. The new one is weird.

regarding link: i used to be like that. illstill never get over what they did to "a series of unfortunate events," though i didn't mind coraline. but im a tim burton and nail gaiman fan, so i would have liked it no matter how horrible it was

It's hard to tell on the internet, considering there are plenty who not only wouldn't be kidding, but would consider themselves some sort of honorable vigilantes for it.

You could always try Paint.NET.
Although i can honestly say I'm not that good with it yet.
