Avery gave a soft sigh and nod after the ani-droid had finished speaking. "Yeah... I guess you're right, thanks Kelly." He gave her a tired smile, and, because he felt it was appropriate, gave her a light hug, his mind put a bit more at ease. "You're a good friend." He would be helping others still, just not the way he pictured it. But everyone has their parts to play. Feeling that was settled for now he patted her on the knee lightly. "Enough about me, how about you guys? What are you all doing at the park?"
"Sleep is due to me... And I have a dream to live."

"You are quite welcome, Miss Smith." Todd replies with a smile before turning to Dust.
"Is 'it' merely an arbitrarily selected pronoun used to designate the pursuer or does it hold some ulterior meaning?" he queries, tilting his head to the side.
"Either way, I believe it would be best to play something in which Miss Smith can also participate so that everyone is included in the enjoyment. Have you any suggestions regarding possible recreational activities, Miss Smith?"

"You are quite welcome, Avery. You are a good friend too." Kelly returns the hug, smiling at the dog.
"As to our reason for being here, Todd and I do not work during the day except when we're needed for rehearsals and other duties so the day is ours to fill. We met Orion while buying oil at Hajime's restaurant and were told that Orion intended to go to the park for a meeting with his support group but he had time to fill in before the meeting. We filled the time by having some much-needed repairs done on Todd. You'll be pleased to know he's now fully operational. After the repairs we met Dust and he invited us back to the park so here we are in time for the meeting. We were building sandcastles earlier. Would you care to join us?"

Ashe had to think for a moment about a possible game. She didn't have much time for games back in the day, so she couldn't think of many.
Maybe Simon says? Ashe asked.

Orion checked his watch and saw that not much time had passed. He still had 20 minutes until the support group had to meet, so he could wait.
I'm here because I wanted to be early for my support group for Cy-pets. I would invite you, but I'm not sure if you have any robotic parts. He said to Avery.

"Well it's good to hear that Todd's in tip top shape. And sure! That sounds like a lot of fun!" The dog replies with a smile. "I can't remember the last time I built a sandcastle... So please forgive me if I come across a bit rusty." The dog chuckles lightly, now turning to Orion.

The Eskimo scratched the side of his chin thoughtfully, nodding at the information Orion presented him with. "Hmm, is that today?" Avery asked to no one in particular. He hadn't originally intended on attending the support group... But if it was located in the park than he could probably poke his head in for a few minutes since he was already here.

"I'm sure it'll come back to you. And you shall, of course, be forgiven for any mistakes you may make." Kelly smiles.
"Orion, do you wish Todd and myself to vacate the park for the duration of the meeting as we are not cy-pets?"

~~@@~~@@~~
"I fear, Miss Smith, that the binary nature of our programming may give Kelly and myself an unfair advantage in that game. Perhaps some game which does not involve endeavouring to deceive an anidroid may be more appropriate." Todd suggests.

Oh no, the park is still open to guests. We'll be meeting at a grassy section of the park while the rest is left to the guests! Orion replied with a smile.

Ashe really couldn't think of other games she could play with the others. Then Wealthy showed up.
Why don't you just play hide and seek? So far I think I'd be the only one to find you guys quickly, so maybe I should be a hider? Wealthy suggested. Ashe nodded and looked to Todd and Dust for a reply.

Meanwhile, Hajime said he was busy today and any dates would have to be scheduled at a later time. With that, Hajime realized he was covered in moon dust and decided to head home and get cleaned up.

"As I am equipped with only standard visual, auditory and olfactory sensors I believe that that should be a fair and enjoyable game. However I am not sure that there is sufficient concealment in this area to provide a challenging game of any appreciable length." Todd replies.

~~@@~~@@~~
"Thank you. That is very considerate of you. However, I have no doubt that you do not wish our intrusion upon a private meeting so Todd and I shall occupy ourselves at the other end of the park until such time as your meeting has concluded, should you wish us to rejoin you later on." Kelly offers.

"Yeah, maybe I'll stop by at the end." Avery smiled back. Technically then he could say that he attended. "In the meantime though I think I'll work on polishing my sand castle building skills." He adds, standing up and looking over at Kelly, his tail swishing lazily behind him.
---------------------------------------------------
"No no no. That won't be necessary." The man held his open hands in front of him and shook his head. Hmm, a direct response, certainly a less personable ani-droid than others that he met today, but certainly honest and helpful. He rests his hands back down to his sides and gives the genet a warm smile. "Though I'm sure if I run into any I will be sure to contact your owners." He turned to face the group in general. "I just happened to be nearby at noticed the energy burst, wondering what it was, my curiosity is now fully sated on the matter."

DAY 3

Gor spaceship Ariyongar. Earth orbit.
"Captain. We have a confirmation: The vessel is approaching our position. Scanners show no residual energy in the propulsion system, they cannot maneuver."
The atmosphere aboard command bridge was tense, to say the least. The reptilian extraterrestrials, the first alien visitors to ever approach Earth, were no fools. They had monitored all communications since the 'Intrepid Venturer' reached the Sol system: It had proved instrumental in learning about Terran culture, and also in learning that a group of outlaws had attacked and hijacked the Space Station.
The same station that was now approaching the Ariyongar.
The captain's scales changed color with irritation. "Contact?"
"Still no contact. 12 life-forms detected."
"That few?" She said aloud. Reports spoke of a 30-units assault team. And the station had no less than a 80-units crew--
"Contact!" the operator said.
"On screen."
"Aye aye."
The main monitor showed a very distressed human face. A male, with his head wrapped in red-stained bandages. "Please...Can you hear us? Ariyongar, can you hear us?"
"Recibimos, estación espacial Midway. ¿Cuál es su situación?"<We hear you, Midway Space Station. What is your status?> The captain said, switching from their native language to the Spanish they all had learnt after the culture that had most fascinated them.
For a moment, the man looked confused. Then he activated the automatic translator. "Ah, please. We...we managed to fight back the attackers, but the losses were really heavy. There is only a handful of us left. Environs are failing. We need assistance. Please! Ariyongar, do you copy?"
The operators were nodding in unison. "Confirmed. No sign of active weaponry. Massive system damages. The station will be no longer able to support life within fifty minutes, Captain."
The reptilian addressed the main screen. "You are cleared for rescue, Midway Space Station. Operations commence in 10 minutes."
The man almost cried with relief. "Thank you, Ariyongar."

L-2 Apartment block, Apollo City

The hair-thin laser finished welding the unit to the board. Then the laser unit retracted into the clawed finger.
"Damage fixed. Your intuition was correct, Doctor Volken: It was the Asynchronic Modulator," said the genet-Anidroid.
The human at the virtual console kept moving data packets to properly restart the AI of the Anidroid cat laying on the operating table, completely stripped of its fur. "Don't I know it. Half of my business was lost to lack of instruments for such precision operations. With you, Jemmy, I can finally expand my business and save more pets. Whoever built you did the finest job."
"It would be more helpful if we learnt something about *who* assembled him, mecánico estúpido." said a reptilian who was working to their patients' synthetic fur. He made a face "¡Uf! Pero mantenerlo sumergido en el regolito este pobre hombre?" <Ugh! Do they keep this poor guy immersed in the regolith?> The creature was a Serpiente, but unlike his peers, this male's skin was smooth, his body more slender, and he sported a bomber jacket and goggles.
Helmut Leonovich Volken, or 'Doc' as he was publicly known, almost rolled his eyes, then remembering that they were still connected to the smart glasses. "I may be a stupid grease monkey as you keep saying, Asur, but it was still me who turned your mistake into an opportunity to try and learn something about Jemmy's builders."
Asur rolled his brush in a mocking gesture. "Oh, seguro. Great help it was! We learnt a lot about home cinematic and action figures collections. Oh, and how to take care of bio-foxes. Estoy seguro de que será de gran ayuda!" <I'm sure it will be of immense help!> "mecánico estúpido," he muttered, getting back to work...Only to be interrupted when a tool hit him in the temple!
"HEY!" he roared, teeth bared, massaging his head. "What for?"
"You stop calling me like that, you walking purse, or I will cook your tail!"
"heh, as if you knew *anything* about cooking." Asur raspberried the Earthman. "Oh. but of course it's difficult to learn anything when you buy frozen scraps, tacaño de un mecánico!"

A moment later, anyone walking by Doc's repair shop could hear curses and sounds that would usually be associated to the filthiest, most unlawful places on Earth.

"Are they always like that?" asked the immobile Anidroid from the table.
Jemmy tilted his head, while pieces of equipment were flying in all directions. "In some broadcasts I have monitored, I noticed aggressivity as part of mammals and reptilians' mating rituals."

Kelly and Todd stand immobile on their charging stations, their batteries depleted after a long night's activities. An electrical fault in one of the hot stage lights had sparked a small fire during the previous night's performance and the entire audience as well as the performers had had to be evacuated for their own safety and kept entertained in the parking lot until the fire was extinguished and the other lights could be checked for similar faults. Fortunately the damage had been minimal and after replacing one extra light the show was able to continue, receiving a good reception from the audience who'd still managed to enjoy themselves despite everything and who had appreciated the professional management of the situation.

Now the two droids are endeavouring to charge themselves as much as possible before heading out to socialise with their friends. The acrid smell of electrical smoke still clings to Todd and probably will for some time. Synthe-fur is good for insulation but terrible for picking up odours, as Todd has found out to his chagrin in the past. This time, however, Todd is a hero thanks to his fast reactions in extinguishing the blaze and he wears the smoke with pride. Heck, he might as well put a positive spin on it since he can't get rid of the pungent scent.

The pair boot themselves up again, checking their power levels, and finding them satisfactory for the average day's activity, step down from their stations. After waving to Hinata passing on her rounds - the droids marvel at how long she's able to go with out a charge or refuelling, Todd and Kelly each down a small can of oil before heading out onto the streets in the general direction of the park, looking to see what their day may bring.

"-and that is why you don't have to serenade every customer you attend to..."
"But, Danna-sama-"
"No buts..." There was a pause in between those words in which the human looks back at the otter ani-droid, a silent moment between the two before Alec's shoulders sag and he lets out a resigned sigh. "As long as it's not during rush hour. It'd be more productive if you went and served other customers anyways."
"Of course Danna-sama!" And with a bow the Japanese otter waddled off to do his job. Sighing once again he plops himself down onto the couch in the middle of the sitting area. "Another meeting where nothing got accomplished."
"Aww, that's just cause you're a big softie on the inside." Avery, Alec's dog jabbed him gently in his side, making the human feign injury and put on a hurt expression.
"You could always have me work here. Maybe during the rush hour. So he can sing to his hearts content. I like it anyways, that baritone voice, it sooothes me." The human simply scoffs and looks away.
"So what are you up to today?"
"Going to the park, actually, now!" The Eskimo dog stands up.
"And what's with the getup?" Indeed the canine was dawning some clothes today, a red an white hat along with a red bandana with the words "Ask me about fire safety!" Emblazoned on the front with cheesy font (and ironically some flames adorned in the background as well.
The dog grins, "Oh, something the fire department said I should wear. Suppose to paint me as their mascot or something. Making me just walk around and be seen in it, I say its just busywork... Anyways, I'm off!" And with a goodbye to Alec and a wave to Hajime, Avery departs and makes his way to the park.
"Sleep is due to me... And I have a dream to live."

"Masters?"
"What?" both human and serpiente said, while locked in the attempt to strangle/beat each other.
"I put the Synth-Fur back on the CyPet. With your permission, I will return it to its owner and then go to the Park. I believe the socializing strategy is still the best option to try and discover more about my past."
Doc stood up. "Fine with me. But keep the log on. *And* the GPS. I want to be sure of your whereabouts."
Jemmy bowed. "It is a standard protocol already, Sir."
"Fine, you may go."

"Look, Todd. Even the papers are talking about you this morning." Kelly points to a newspaper stand. Even in the modern age when news can be viewed on a computer in an instant, newspapers still remain popular with those creatures from Earth, although the droids can't fathom why, not understanding the sensation of nostalgia. The main front pages today feature a large image of Todd holding the damaged light as he hands it as evidence to the investigators. Headlines range from "Ferret Droid Saves Day, Steals Show" and "Heroic Droid Saves Theatre" to the less-flattering "Theatre Evacuated" and the outrageous "Fans Flee As Ferret Fights Ferocious Fire". This last is in a tabloid known to care more for good stories than facts and everyone knows that a good deal of their pieces are fiction.

Kelly can't help but wonder how the journalists managed to sneak those pictures of Todd considering he was in a restricted area and so she fires off a message to Hinata to check for security breaches or risks.

"That picture is not flattering. My whiskers are bent, my shirt is singed and there's foam on my paws."
"The publicists will love it though. It makes you look dashing, like a hero. Wounds of war, so to speak."
"How do you manage to stay so perfectly clean?" Todd queries as the pair enter the park.
"You are programmed for utility rather than neatness. I am programmed to prioritise the maintenance of the reputation of the theatre both through my appearance and my demeanour. It is one of several major differences in our coding. I would enjoy running comparative checks with you at some stage."
"And I with you."

A small, blue rat droid sat motionless on top of a larger, matte black wedge and a long cord ran from the back of the droid's head into the wedge. The droid's body was making a low hum noise and then made a sudden ding, waking up the disheveled woman slumped over the table next to the rat. She groaned and sat up slowly, scratching her now tangled hair with one hand and scooping up her droid in the other. The woman pulled the plug out of her droid's head gently and turned him on and set him back down.

Caeruleus' eyes snapped open and he sat up, swiveling his head around to take in his surroundings quietly. He looked up at Annette and smiled sweetly and said, "Hello, Annette, my personality data has been successfully changed. Run diagnostics?" his tail lashed slowly

Annette sighed with relief and patted the rat droid's head, "Yes, please, check for any spurs in your coding specifically." she ordered with a yawn, "Then go out and play."

The Ariyongar did not have weapons aboard: her ultralloy hull and forcefields, the same that allowed her to use the stars' gravity wells to propel herself into the depths of space, were her best defense. Theoretically, the Ariyongar could smash into any non UA ship and leave unscathed. Not to mention that weapons would just draw too much precious energy for the G-drives.
This did not mean that the Gorans were fools: They knew that venturing to unknown destinations may pose dangers, and they *had* developed an excellent weaponey. Plus, even without weapons any 'serpiente' was more than a match, physical-wise. Humans were just too glad that peace had been the path the two species had chosen to venture...
The Goran soldiers formed a protective line for the rescue crew waiting at the dock's entrance.
The loud sound and the tremor in the hull announced the successful docking with the dying Midway space station.
A few minutes' wait allowed for the pressurization to prepare for the rescue team's entrance through the telescopic corridor.
Then the door slid open, and rescuers and soldiers went in.
---
It was an interesting walk for Jemmy. Despite all previous attempts of Doctor Volken Doc, I must refer to him as 'Doc' in my database. Frick. Interesting word., the genet anidroid couldn't help but collect pieces of free information that his receptor kept receiving. He was like a living antenna, it was in his nature. His safeguards prevented every attempt to do otherwise, and that was a reason of discomfort for his owners: Apparently, Jemmy was built mainly for hacking and sabotage. The fact that he was wired for repairing implied that he knew how to disassemble, though no malicious software had been found in his personality.
Interesting. So he might have been removed from the assembly unit before he was completed.
But did this mean that he was an accident waiting to happen? Doc and Asur had been debating these issues all night long, eventually deciding that it was better that Jemmy should learn to interact, develop a sense of empathy with the society. other than trying and learn more about his builders.
So, he felt *less* guilty about picking up what was running in the aether unchecked. His clear orders were: Do not actively hack into a system unless out of absolute necessity.
Jemmy didn't know what 'lost in thoughts' meant...not until the moment he literally bumped into what his scanners were classifying as a cypet. Eskimo canine. Male. And...oh, public database showed him as Fire Corps Security volunteer.
Jemmy smiled. "Avery Johnson, right?"

Dust woke up and stretched, yawning. He stood up and walked to Rock's workshop. Rock was sound asleep, holding a wrench and laying on his desk. Dust sighed and woke up Rock and led him to his bed. After he did that, Dust made himself breakfast and ate in silence.

After breakfast, Dust walked out of the house and started walking towards the park, humming to himself.

"Speaking of fire heroes, is that not Avery?" Kelly points as she crosses the park with Todd.
"Yes, I believe it is. Profile indicates 98% match, unable to obtain positive facial match from this angle."
"My sensors indicate the same. Do you recognise the droid with him?"
"Negative. Species indicators suggest genet form however my database returns no matches for the facial profile."
"Nor mine... Good morning, Master Avery! Good morning, Sir Anidroid." Kelly calls in a friendly manner as she approaches behind Avery.

Avery lets out a small "Oof..." Of his own as he bumps into the smaller ani-droid and instantly takes a step back, about to address whoever he bumped into if they were alright when they addressed him by name. "Yes, that's me." He smiles in a friendly manner. "Can I help you?"

"Captain," the technician said through the translator. "Before the station's systems collapse, we need your ship's computers to back up our researches data. Do you have some safe spare room in your memory banks, please?"
As a matter of fact, the Gorans had that room. Meeting another advanced species was taken quite well into consideration by the Ariyongar's designers and engineers. Collecting data, sharing knowledge, was considered an incalculable value.
"We can help, Midway Space Station. We will open a data transmission channel..." She looked at the operator, who nodded. "...Now."
"Thank you, ma'm. Initiating transmission."

"No no, you're not interrupting anything. Good morning Kelly, Todd." The Eskimo dog gave a smile and a short wave. "How has work been treating you?" He hit the side of his head gently a moment later and smiles, "Actually, I think my owner said something about the theater the other day." His grin turns into a smirk as he looks at Todd, "Hero of the day, correct? Maybe you should be wearing this shirt."

Gun scars covered the walls of the main hangar. The many bodies floating in zero-G testified to the battle's ferocity.
All the doors were closed. Only one showed a blinking red light. Proceeding by means of their magnetic boots, soldiers and medics approached the door. The corpses were to be recovered later, for now only the survivors mattered--
"Looking for us?" said a voice in the comlink.
The soldiers turned, weapons ready.
---
"Captain!" the operator had time to exclaim, before every single light aboard the command bridge turned out! "Ah, complete system failure. Ma'm."
---
"I wonder," Jemmy said, tilting his head and hands clasped behind his back. "How can a fire arrive to threathen the integrity of a building? Are there not enough automated systems?"

Dust arrived at the park and saw Kelly and Todd with a few other pets. He walked over to them and waved. "Hey guys. How are you?" he greeted, smiling.

"I did extinguish the fire but I was merely following protocol and emergency procedures. According to my database a hero has superpowers and saves lives. I am not sure how I qualify as a hero but I thank you for the compliment nevertheless. If you wish to provide an alternate definition for the term then I will gladly update my records with your input. I believe also that that shirt would be several sizes too big ad that I ought not to wear it due to the risk of damage either to myself or the garment due to the ill fit." Todd replies, somewhat missing Avery's points.

This question interests Todd as it's directly relevant to his line of work and the answers are clearly highlighted to him from a quick search in his memory banks. He uses technical terminology, not realising that others might have difficulty understanding.
"Space in the fly loft is limited and restricted by the presence of the gantries, battens, flown set pieces, lighting equipment, cables and other parts of the fly rig itself. While, in accordance with all relevant laws and by-laws, we do have sufficient automated systems to cover all areas in an ideal situation, there are times when flow from the automated systems may be obstructed by the infrastructure and contents of the fly space. Although the building and our patrons were never in danger due to our strident safety protocols we did evacuate the building as a precaution. The fire curtain was lowered immediately to protect the audience from any danger and as I happened to the the closest droid to the fire responsibility for containing and extinguishing it fell primarily to me. There are times also when the automated systems may not be the most appropriate recourse. In this instance, as the fire was small and easily contained, activating the deluge system as per automated protocols would have caused far more damage than the fire itself as this would have necessitated repairs to instruments, set pieces and scenery, electronics and other assorted items, not to mention the structural damage to the building itself which water is prone to causing. The protocol which was initiated therefore was intended to minimise damage from the fire as well as disruption to the show and subsequent financial damage to the theatre as a whole. The highest priority of the Doyle Theatre Group is the safety of our patrons and employees and all protocols and procedures are designed to facilitate this. Although the building and our guests were never in danger we prefer to act pre-emptively to avoid compromises to safety."
Todd looks poised to continue his explanation of exactly what systems are where in the fly loft (the space above the stage) and exactly what caused the fire and how similar events are being prevented so Kelly places a paw on his arm to silence him.
"I believe you answered the question quite thoroughly, Todd. Is there anything else you wish to know, Master Avery, Master Droid? I apologise for Todd's exuberance. His programming for work and duty is outstanding however his programming for social etiquette and succinctness at times falls a little short. I apologise also, Master Droid, for I do not yet know your name or how you wish to be addressed and I do hope we have not caused any affront through our ignorance."
"Good morning, Master Dust. All systems are fully functional today, thanks to Mr. Glacia's repairs, thank you for asking. How fare you today?" Todd greets Dust as he arrives.

"Heh, well regardless, I think you did a mighty fine job." Avery chuckles, scratching his back of his neck. He also gave a wave to Dust as he walked up. "Oh!" He motioned towards the genet ani-droid, recalling what he was here for, "Hope you don't mind me introducing you but this here is Jemmy! He is new here and is trying to get to know everyone." The Eskimo dog smiles cheerily.
"Sleep is due to me... And I have a dream to live."

"Thank you," the Genet said, bowing politely. "What are your preferred forms of entertainment? Much can be learnt through one's hobby, to provide better interaction."

Caeruleus scurried tirelessly through the city sprawl, quiet and eager to find an interesting place to rest. After quite some he came to an open-air park containing a small group of droids, and he scurried forwards through the grass up to the edge of the group and piped out a curious, "Hello?"

"Thank you, Master Avery." Todd smiles with a small bow.
"Oh? Then welcome, Jemmy! Oh, I do apologise. I have neglected to introduce myself and my colleague. I am Kelly Doyle, Usher First Class and this is Todd Doyle, Senior Stage Crew and Senior Special Effects Engineer, both of the Doyle Theatre Group. We work at the theatre. It's a pleasure to make your acquaintance. To answer your question, Jemmy, for entertainment I enjoy-" Kelly turns as she hears Caeruleus' small voice.
"Oh, good morning, Caeruleus. How fare you today? Todd, Jemmy, Avery, this is Caeruleus. I am not certain as to whether you have yet been introduced. Please do join us, Caeruleus. We were about to discuss our hobbies and preferred forms of entertainment. To answer your question, Jemmy, my job is both my employment and my preferred form of entertainment. I enjoy viewing the shows as well as assisting our guests. However, when I am off duty I enjoy socialising as well as partaking of various board or card games with my colleagues. Yesterday I also found the activity of building a sandcastle to be pleasurable. Does that answer your question satisfactorily?"
"Er, yes. What she said. We are of like mind." Todd concurs. "Except that my job is to ensure the show runs smoothly and to create and manage the special effects. I also enjoy flying and taking in the sights from high above. It gives one a unique perspective. What about you, Jemmy and Avery?"

Jemmy processed the information before answering, "As off currently, I am afraid I cannot access to my classification files. All I know is that I can intervene on electronic, mechanical and communication systems. And I find these kind of challenges...interesting, so does that count as hobby? Also my fur has also been designed to absorb electromagnetic energy to keep me operative. And I can--" whatever he was going to say, he took notice of the probing, electronic attention from the one called 'Caeruleus'. "Hello to you. Are you designed specifically for the purpose of analysing communication signals?"

"I'm well. That's good to hear." Dust said, turning towards Avery and Jemmy. "Nice to meet you. I'm Dust. And I'd say my preferred method of entertainment is playing outside." he said. His ears perked up when he heard a tiny voice. Dust looked down and saw Caeruleus. "Hi Cae! How are you?" he asked, reaching down to pick up the anidroid.

Caeruleus stared at Gemmy with silver analyzing eyes, "My primary functionalities include data retrieval, analysis, storage, encryption, decryption, and manipulation." he said sweetly from Dust's hand, "I also function as an information stream interface!"

The rat droid turned to face Dust and waved a greeting with a smile, "Hello, I am running a new user interface, how are you?" and then he turned back to Gemmy, "You were in my owner's computer yesterday, why?"

Jemmy nodded, keeping a happy smile like a kid who thought he had done something good. "I interfaced with the Lunar Communication Network so to learn as much as possible about this new environment. I used the wi-fi signals as links and tapped into domestic and security information systems. Despite the providers' best efforts, I must say I found several accessways. Oh, but don't worry: all data is safely stored end encrypted, just as law requires. In this, I am no different than any mobile terminal."

"Communication systems, Jemmy? Could you hack the intelli-com system our theatre uses? It's supposedly secure. Kelly has a built-in intelli-com chip but I use this headset to interface with the network." Todd touches the headset attached to his ears, the microphone currently retracted into the earpiece for storage until it's needed.

"A new interface, Caeruleus? It does sound more pleasant. I hope you find it successful." Kelly smiles at the rat-droid before turning to Dust.
"I am programmed to enjoy several recreation activities and to be able to adapt to many more. What did you have in mind, Master Dust?" she queries politely.

"I think I can," Jemmy nodded. "I already noticed that Atlas Corporation approved small variations on the security firmwares installed throughout Apollo City. Customizations are efficient, but the protocols are obsolete. In other words, it is as if the city's computer spoke Esperanto: an organized mishmash of codes. It saves on costs, but it is basically vulnerable."

Avery smiles as he looks back and forth between the three droids as they spoke. Not being too versatile in computers the Eskimo dog stayed quiet, getting a bit lost in the syntax and wondering in retrispect if he should have studied up on it in the past few days, seeing as how prevalent it was in this city...
