Sylvester nods and takes the vial, he quickly looks around the room before spotting the fridge. He made his way over and put the vial in the spot Colorado told him to. After closing the fridge he turned around to see what would happen.

"That is my student Zoroaster, speaking of which." Sylvester went back into the hallway, Zoroaster was still sitting where he was put, Sylvester couldn't help but smile. "Come on." They both went back into the medical bay. "So, what is there to do now?"

Ash eyed the new guards suspiciously, like a predator watching it's competitors after securing a kill on the prey. She steps back awkwardly to allow the new arrivals to pass, and at the same time, squeezes a bug between two medical devices. For recordings. Security measures.
Didn't this happen with Keeva just yesterday? *sigh* Here we go again...

With that, Ash plodded towards the sliding doors and turned her head towards Barry just before she left.

"Is he someone I will need to explain a lot of technical jargon to sir? The last guard from your team I helped didn't know how to turn a computer on. Let alone what a computer virus was, That was annoying let me tell you. I had to get a whole new system after he fried it by putting an ice pack on the monitor and the pack melted and leaked everywhere."
"No, he should be fine. He quickly picked up how to use anything I told him during the orientation. As well he already knew a few technical stuff."
"Oh good, that's very good."
Sam and Mayotte made their way to the security office, and waiting for the rest of the group to arrive.
"I'm glad you pulled me off monitor duty sir."
"You can pay me back later."
"Oh? how?"
"Buy me lunch."

"So," Dabry said after uncuffing the Scotty dogs, "If you'd care to walk with us? Don' worry too much," he added, seeing worried looks, "C-15's not a palace - barely a room - but it's safe and it's not the brig. We'll get a clothier to replace your stuff and all.

Halfway to the bridge, Corp turned around and headed back towards the medical bay. He had to check the outfits they'd left. I would be doing something, after all.

Colorado shrugged, "I don't really know what else there is to do. Security'll take care of the paperwork and until they either sign on to the crew or are discharged at a station, I won't need to worry about accounting their behavior since it lies in the hands of security." He scratched at his chin a bit in thought, "As long as you know what you're doing you can mess with the machines I guess. Teach your student how everything works." He shrugs once again

Zoroaster shifted the bag he was carrying, and cleared his throat. Sylvester turned and noticed the bag, "Well, we don't know where we are staying yet, who do we go to about that?"

Colorado thought for a second, aimlessly looking over the room, "I got my room assignment from the captain when I first got here, but I think there's two empty beds at the end of my room still. Or you can go ask Corp for a room."

Sylvester looked back at Zoroaster, he smiled and shrugged. "You wouldn't mind if we stayed in your room, well, at least you'll be able to give us that tour."

"Well it's not just my room, it's got multiple people in it. I don't think they'll mind though. Follow me." He grabs his cane and heads down the hallways towards the room area, "There's foot lockers for your stuff and regular lockers for other things, beds are comfy enough, otherwise everything else you would need is out on the rest of the ship."

Cailean carefully stands himself, wrapping the blanket around his lower half like a towel. Finding that his paws arer now able to support him properly, he helps Conall remove his mask before signing to the bigger dog.
"They want us tae follow and they'll give us clothes later. They're putting us in a room until they work out what tae do with us. Not a cell though." Conall nods to show his understanding and stands himself up. He wobbles a bit but Cailean is able to support him and help him put his blanket on.
"Thank ye agin fer the rescue and yer hospitality, Cap'n." he says before being escorted out. After following several passages and wondering how much further there is to go, he decides that he needs to address his guards.
"Sah, Ah dinnae mean tae abuse yer hospitality, but would it be possible fer us tae please be provided with some sustenance and a beverage each? We've nae eaten nor drunk in nearly twenty four hours. Also, if we could make a somewhat urgent stop at a WC Ah'd very much appreciate that too."
He taps his brother on the shoulder and signs "Ah asked for food, drink and the bathroom." Conall nods and points at his chest.
"Me 'oo, pleathe!" he says aloud.

Sylvester and Zoroaster followed Colorado to the room. "Thank you." Sylvester nodded as Zoroaster put their bag into a footlocker. "Would you mind showing us around the major parts of the ship." Zoroaster poked Sylvester in the side. "Er, I guess it would be better if you showed as around the medical bay first, we'll find what we need when we need it."

"To be honest, I haven't even memorized the layout of the ship yet, the only way I know how to get around is because of this," He reaches up to his eye, gives it a few twists and pulls it out rolling it about in the palm of his hand, "It pretty much acts as a heads up display. Anyway, back to the medical bay; and a tip, you don't need to act too professional around me, I like to think of myself as a pretty chill dog." He smiles, leading them back to the medical bay, stopping just short to point down a hallway, "What I can tell you however, is that down that hall straight is the food court which connects to the shopping center, to the left is towards the front of the ship, to the right is towards the rear. There are elevators and stairs spread out to take you between levels, but this one we're on is kinda like the main floor."

Colorado continues on and walks into the medbay, turning about as the Captain nearly follows in after him.

With a short nod he slides open a drawer, slips on some gloves and scrapes off some of the fibers onto a dish and slipping it inside of a scanner. A few whirs are heard and a thin line of light shines from within as the scanning process goes on. As it finishes Colorado pulls out a small chip and sticks it into his data pad,
"Here." He picks up the clothes with an arm and holds them out to Sylvester, "Put these in a bag and evacuate the air from it. Put it in the cryo-chamber and leave it there in case we need it." He turns back to Corp and flips the data tablet around towards him and held it out, "Referenced and cross-checked with the RSPCA and the SSPCA, like you asked. Had to do a bit of digging for medical records that weren't just medical records. I picked up a few holes in it where I assume Insignia didn't keep up with the records and for a family such as his they probably had to go to great lengths to hide that. But, this is practically their entire biography compiled in to one source." He scrolls down a bit, "Here is what we have on his brother."

Sylvester quickly took the clothes and looked around for where bags might be, he was able to find the place where the bags where pretty quick. Once the clothes were in the bag he looked around for the proper equipment, once he found it he began to vacuum the air out of it, showing Zoroaster how to work the machine. Once the machine registered that the job of vacuuming out the air was done Sylvester lead them to the cryo-chamber, he showed Zoroaster what it was and how it worked before putting the bag inside. Once the task was complete they both turned to face Colorado and Captain to see what they had found.

"Well, 'tis nae exactly oor private chef back hame but it'll do. Thank ye." Cailean looks at Conall and waves to catch his attention.
"He says everythin' is in th' room." Conall nods and taps his paw to his chin before extending his arm towaards the guard, keeping his palm facing himself. He repeats the gesture once and then drops his paw.
"Conall says thank ye too." Cailean explains as he continues to walk with Conall in tow.
"Do ye hae any idea what's goin' tae happen tae us?"

"The Ch...Captain'll check the story," Dabry said after a moment of thought, "see how things lie. Make sure this is more... Midsummer night's dream than Macbeth? And you're welcome... Conall?" Dabry stopped at a door and tapped an entry code in. The door opened on a small, halfway comfortable, space that still resembled a steel box with carpeting. "Here we are," he said, gesturing for them to enter and hoping he wasn't swearing in sign.

"Thank you Doctor," Corp said, his tone almost showing happiness at investigating again. He looked over the details given, including the initial veterinary records, the reports on Conall's deafness, the vaccination records and the residential address. He looked it over, copied it and spoke again. "It seems to confirm that part of their story," he conceded. "I need to make a call to confirm more. I wonder what time it is in Auchtermurchy and where their local press is?"

Colorado reached up a paw and grabbed Corp's shoulder, with surprising firmness and strength, as he turned away, "Don't do that. If Insignia worked that hard to keep their disappearance a secret, you don't want to release it to the press. A family as important as theirs, we might not be able to just send in a report on them. We'd be placed under a controlled arrest for weeks until the entire story is figured out. Keep it on the down low, nobody needs to know except for those who really need to know. The press is not one of those people."

"Thank ye fer yer honesty and kindness." Cailean says as he enters the room followed by Conall. As the door clunks into place and the locks snap shut behind them the two look around the steel room.
"It's a cell but wi' carpet" Conall observes.
"Ah'm sure we won't be here long. Its only until they corroborate oor story." Cailean signs back. Both dogs see the small toilet fastened to the wall behind a screen and both bolt for it. Conall gets their first so Cailean heads for the replicator and examines it, trying to work out how it functions. Being a believer in the value of traditional arts he's far more familiar with a kitchen then a replicator despite the convenience of the modern invention. Still, h has used them before and so it doesn't take long for him to work the machine out. Jabbing some buttons, the machine whirs and then the hatch opens to reveal a tall glass of ice water. Cailean removes it from the machine and plonks himself on a seat which tuns out to be far harder and far less comfortable than it looked. He grimaces and then laps greedily at the drink as he waits for his brother to finish his ablutions.

Corp stood in front of the video-link in Colorado's office and waited as his connection came in. A balding human bleared and blinked at him so Corp reckoned it was early in Auchtermurchy or wherever. "Apologies for the early call, Officer..."

"Security Chief Davidstow," Corp said, having removed the Captains' accoutrements before the call. "It's a simple thing, Sergeant. I've recently captured a sneak thief..." He's plea bargaining and wants other offences taken into consideration. I've been trying to contact families across the quadrant."

"The Celtic alliance, you think?" Corp asked, "INSIGNIA?"

"Could..." Corp interrupted, trying to keep the conversation off the boys and back on his track. "Could you send me any picures you have? Of the house and the items within? It might help me figure out the items taken?"
The Sergeant huffed. <<Sure. I'll send you an e-copy've summat. Macauliffe out.>>

The screen went blank and a file bleeped its arrival. On opening, it showed an old magazine with pictures of the interior of the house, showing some of the treasures. And the boys, even down to Conall's cap.

After examining it, Corp looked up how to sign 'sorry for your loss' in sign language. He looked up a few other things as well before he headed off to the compartment he'd left the boys in and pressed the door buzzer.

By the time Corp rings the buzzer, both border collies have finished their ablutions and they're halfway through a plate of pasta each. Cailean perks his ears up at the sound and looks around the room curiously, signing to Conall that he's looking for the source of a noise. Conall nods and is about to go back to his food, knowing that he'll be no help with the search when he notices a light flashing on a small panel by the door behind Cailean. He points it out to his brother who gives him a thumbs up before crossing to the panel.

Inspecting the small piece of plastic, he soon realises that it's a doorbell and by extension, someone wants to enter the room. Pressing the button on his side of the panel he hesitates a moment before speaking into the grill which he hopes houses a microphone as well as a speaker.

"Er... If there's someone wantin' tae come in yer welcome tae do so. Just ask th' guard tae open th' door for ye." His piece said, he stands awkwardly looking at the door for a moment, hoping he hasn't made a fool of himself.

The door opened and Corp stepped in. "I know the codes," he replied, "but the door wasn't locked. You press that," he added, pointing to a stud, "and it'll open. Dabry's an escort." He closed the door and, using his inexpertly learned signing, asked them if they were settling ON O.K.

Sylvester chuckled himself, "Same here, we just want to know were everything is located so we don't waste time looking for it when you need us to get or use it." Zoroaster looked at Sylvester, "You can relax now." Zoroaster relaxed a little and smiled as he looked around the medical bay, "Sorry, this is just my first time out in the field."

"Oh it's actually pretty easy to memorize, of course all the machines are spread out but they are centered on the operating tables in the center." He gestures at the two tables in the center of the room, "Each of these can comfortably hold 2 people and maybe 3 people and because of their design and technology you can operate on two people on a single table safely without fear of contamination. The drawers and cabinets underneath hold the tools you will use for opening someone up and successfully not killing them in the process." He shuffles over to a large locker with a blue light on the front of it on the east wall of the room, "This wall holds necessary supplies, gauze, quick wash items, sterilization items, gloves, etc as well as basic tools for basic check ups." He looks around the room, trying to figure out what else needs explaining, "All of the drawers should have a label on them, the northern wall with the door on it is the office, it's pretty awesome, one of the walls is just a window so you can see everything."

"It wasn't?" Cailean asks, surprised. Conall, having managed to read Corp's lips and understood most of the message is equally surprised. Both dogs are gratified at the trust though. Watching the signing, the dogs are confused for a moment at the inaccurate preposition but Conall soon realises Corp's mistake and grinning, sends a quick burst of signs at Cailean.
"He means 'settlin' in', not 'on." In response to the question, the bigger dog smiles and nods at Corp and gives the mouse a thumbs up.
"Ye confused us fer a moment there, sah, because that sign was nae quite right but aye, we're as comfortable as can be expected, thank ye fer askin'. Would ye mind if Ah finished my meal while we talk so it disnae get cauld? It's th' first meal Ah've had in over twenty four hours and th' first hot meal Ah've had in weeks."

Corp nodded and waited until the Canine was sat down. "I've been able to confirm some of your story," he said tightly, "thanks to a Sergeant Macauliffe. But I do need to ask something." He produced the Dirk from a pocket. "Why would Insignia allow a prisoner to keep weapons?"

Mayotte tapped his fingers on his crossed arms waiting for everyone to arrive. One Jasmine, Barry, and Ash arrived he began to start. "Thanks for joining, this is.
He was cut off as Sam began to introduce himself Hi, I'm Sam!
Mayotte gave him a brief glare, Barry nodded and gave a small wave.
As you should all know, you are all part of a new special group the captain wants. Soon we will be visiting a planet that is rumored to be an Insignia base. You are to search for this base, and destroy it. Of course you are to rescue any possible prisoners, and make sure that any secret weapons and plans for those weapons are taken care of.
He took a sip of his coffee, Honestly, without me in charge of this; I don't know how you will fare. This very well could be a suicide mission if you don't plan or prepare and know what to expect going in. Sam here will be your technological advisor and will be making the enemy can't call for help, also will make sure you can get past any security. Any questions kids?

Colorado nodded and quickly walked over the door, unlocking it and pulling it open. He pressed a button on the wall near the door and the solar blockers deactivated to reveal a startling view of the planet they were orbiting. This is where I do paperwork and you can even keep these open while in low warp speed. Anyways, there are hologram ports for tablets on each desk, General filing cabinets and a safe on the east wall."

"Well, thay didnae allow us tae keep them." he explains between mouthfuls, making sure to politely swallow before talking again. "Can Ah offer ye somethin' tae eat or drink, by th' wye? Anywye, we were carryin' oor weapons when we were captured. Th' sgian dubh and th' dirk were presents frae oor grandfather and we carried them everywhere. Oor family had had some rather nasty threats lately which is why Ah'd bought mahself th' gun. We were on oor wye tae th' shootin' range tae try it oot when we were captured. They took them frae us along wi' mah satchel, Conall's computer and oor bunnets an' put them in a cabinet which thay locked wi' a padlock. We saw where it was before thay threw us in oor cell. When we escaped Ah'd stolen some o' th' plastic explosive frae th' last device I'd built an' we blew th' lock off th' cabinet an' got oor stuff before fleein' tae th' shuttle." The dog continues eating as he talks whilst simultaneously signing everything he's saying for Conall's benefit. The bigger border collie nods at appropriate intervals to confirm the story.

Sylvester nodded taking in more information. Zoroaster looked out the wall that was now a window, "Wow." Sylvester turned to look at Zoroaster and then out the window, he chuckled at his student's wonderment. Sylvester's stomach rumbled and he realized that they haven't eaten in awhile. he looked at Colorado, "Well, if you would excuse me, I'm going to go check out that mess hall. Zoroaster, are you hungry?" Zoroaster snapped back to attention, "Sure, I could eat."

Wearing a mask and muzzle protector, Keeva began her work on repairing the panels.

After declining a drink and listening to Cailean tell his story, Corp tossed a small memory stick onto the table. "Don't know if you'll want to see that or not," he said with a small sigh. "It's the proof the Sergeant sent. An E-copy of a magazine article from last year. He doesn't know you're alive, by the way, no-one does and it's probably best it stays that way for now." Corp gestured to a wall vid-panel. "I had the net disconnected from that terminal temporarily but it'll still play the contents of that." He stood up. "I'd better leave you two to it. Things to do and all." He stepped to the door.
